My name is Jess Doe, I am the CEO of Deep Space Engineering and the founder of the United Hope Foundation.

The United Hope Foundation is a private, non-profit corporation primarily funded by Deep Space Engineering located on Planet Pittsburgh. We provide each Client (be it a former slave or a refugee) a secure environment to recover from the issues such as post traumatic stress syndrome, refugee displacement, being held as a slave, and narcotic addictions. A number of years ago, we were watching Leeds with some interest as Gallia began to push further into Bretonian space. We stepped in to assist in relocating the displaced people on planet Leeds. While this was a successful outcome at the time, the relocation to planet Pittsburgh was only ever intended to be a short term solution. The war has been over for some time now, and it is time to return Bretonian citizens home.

I am looking to you for assistance in this. We require your services to ensure our ships and the people on board reach their destination, Planet Exeter, safely. As I am sure you would agree, injury or loss of a loved one in a battle would be beyond devastating for the people who have already been through so much. Their safety is our top priority.

I understand there will be costs involved in this, and I am willing to offer a subsidy, of a set amount yet to be determined, to ensure that everyone reaches the planet safely.
