As you all are well aware The Liberty Police, Inc. is duty bound to protect The Republic of Liberty from all enemies foreign and domestic. I have a report that I must deliver myself to all of you.

Over the course of Six Months the Liberty Police Inc. has been attempting to collect fines from Deep Space Solutions for breaking the Embargo by heading into Vespucci. After multiple law violations and even physical combat I had signed and executive order labeling DSS an enemy of the Liberty Police Inc.

Today on a routine patrol with two of my newest officers we came across a Freelancer being attacked by both Deep Space Solutions and Lane Hackers. We immediately started weapons and attempted to save the civilian but he was taken down. We managed to take down both DSS and LH vessels and suffered no losses

I am asking you to be on the look out and set a new S.O.P. regarding these terrorists.
