I hope my explanation is for the actual case that caused this alleged rule-breaking since I can't imagine anything else.

I was being chased by RHA ships and told them in a PM that it'd be useless to follow me (since I was out fo their CD range and just kept cruising in a straight line), eventually, they caught up to me by using the formation thing that slightly increases your speed every time you do it. They then CDed me, I didn't defend myself so they wanted to troll me which is fine I guess, they shot off my mine, hoping I'd fly over 100k back to the planet but I logged off, deleted the ship and recreated it AFTER the interaction was over. There wasn't a single word of RP being said in the chat. After my mine was gone they cruised away.

So I'm asking for the evidence.
