I went to deliver cobalt to the omega ore depot, and the base now buys cobalt ore at 1 credit, it doesnt appear on the commodity menu after selling it, so i cannot buy it back even with another character.

You will have to take that up with the POB Owner. It is nothing the Devs/GMs will deal with.

As for the issue at hand, this is a player-owned base, you will need to contact the POB's owner to sort out issues with its economy.
