Bug:
When trying to activate cloak disruptor, an error message comes up reading "Cloak disruptor not equipped".

Confirmed. Just checked, and the message is
Cloak Disruptor not found
it looks like not only light cloaks were broken.

I did a whoops.
This and all other cloak issues should be fixed on server restart.
