Esteemed Representatives of EFL Oil and Machinery,
My name is Addison Reynolds, Secretary to the Crayter Quorum. Almost three months ago Crayter was contacted by a Mr. Jeremie Dupont concerning the rights EFL had to the lanes and gates it had constructed within the Taus during the war with the now deposed Kingdom of Gallia. In that time, I trust EFL has not had much issue with the maintenance of the gates and lanes within Tau-31, nor with the individuals who use it. In light of this, Crayter would like to propose an idea to EFL that would benefit Crayter substantially, as well as offer considerable prospects to Gallic traders and entrepreneurs.
Crayter is looking to expand our nation's capabilities and influence within the Tau region, primarily by connecting more isolated sections of our Republic with the highway that runs through from Languedoc to the Barra Crossroads. Tau-44, a system Crayter has great interest in, is one of these, and we are interested in connecting it to the greater Sirian Lane Network from Tau-23. As EFL has good regional influence, and your lanes and gates already connect most of the Taus to the Network already, it's not hard to see why we would come to you first. While Ageira has their history, the amicability of EFL and Gallia, as well as our satisfaction with the lanes and gates already in place only make this decision even more trivial.
We would thus like to offer a contract to EFL to construct a trade lane and two gates within Tau-23 and Tau-44 to see this connection established. A proposed visual for the arrangement of these lanes and gates will be provided below as an ideal example, but whichever way EFL would feel they should be arranged for optimum execution will be left entirely to your expertise.

Tau-44
Crayter is willing to offer whatever payment that would be necessary to see this endeavour through, as we should easily be able to cover any expenditures that this project would require. Should EFL have questions pertaining to this offer, please ask them. It is in both Crayter's interest and likely EFL's that any issues be ironed out before a final decision is made.
We look forward to working with you further.
In service to the Republic.

I am so glad that you have chosen to contact us in this regard, indeed the work in Tau 31 is coming along excellently, with any luck the lane to Harris should be online before the end of the year. As for Tau-44, I am not currently able to give you an estimate on a total cost of this endeavor what I can do is have a team head out to the area and begin taking the needed information and measurements so I can have my financial experts draw up an estimate for the end total of the project.
