My name is Leonie Karadeniz, and I serve as interim foreign minister for the Rheinland United Republic, the democratic state aiming to represent the will of the people of Rheinland.
We've gathered among us those believers in democracy that wish to defy the monarchist usurpers and have formed an interim government with the aim of presenting an alternative state to the reactionary monarchists, until the time when we can hold democratic elections.

Where the fallen Federal Republic failed to secure our people's will, and engaged in militarism and expansionism, we seek to form a secure, democratic state derived from the will of its people. Though the monarchists have unfortunately seated themselves deeply in the border system of Hamburg, we still hope to achieve recognition by the Republic of Liberty as the only current Rheinland state pursuant of the democratic process.

The Republic of Liberty has maintained a very close eye on the developments in Rheinland over the past two months. The public was shocked when news networks played footage of rogue military forces fighting around the Bundestag and New Berlin's orbit and largely succeeded in overthrowing Rheinland's elected government.

Our diplomatic mission which had been evacuated to Liberty is ready to be relocated to Planet Weimar and we urge the interim government of Rheinland to send their own ambassadors to Manhattan. Official links between House Liberty and the lawful representatives of House Rheinland should be re-established.

Per our government and civilian infrastructure mandate, diplomatic ties are to be prioritized in the event of non-Rheinland civilians being evacuated to Weimar and to have official contact with their houses representatives. In this case, we've already allocated key facilities to house multiple foreign offices to handle these situations.

It is with caution that the Imperials be steadily watched as it is clear they are seeking to undermine the efforts that we build to allow free and fair representation of our citizens under an egalitarian flag. We will task our Republic defense force to assemble a covert envoy craft to deliver a diplomat to Manhattan as soon as possible.
