Salutations, I am formally known as The Inspector, but you can call me Mr. Toby for all intents and purposes. I am sending this message on the subject of your Freeport's no-conflict-zone which is also known colloquially as the "No-Fire Zone".
As a Hogosha businessman it is in my job's description to gain insight about the "free market" relationships that prosper outside of House-rule. As such I am rather a new to the whole ordeal and had to do my own research regarding the Hogosha Alliance's trade-partners, many of which have their influence rooted in Kusari and the Sigmas.
"But Mr. Toby," -you say- "How does this have anything to do with us?" -you might ask.
Well let me get straight to the details. On my business ventures - specifically in the Sigmas - I was harassed by the Gas Miners Guild, of which you might already-know we have a complicated history with. In my attempt to find sanctuary from their bloodthirsty hunger I quickly turned to your Sigma-neighbouring installation - Freeport 9 - to find it, knowing full-well I'll have the Zoner's protection. Sure enough I found solitude, but not for long. You see, the Guild has somehow retraced my tracks successfully back to Freeport 9 - As I undocked from your station I was ambushed by two Guild-vessels, a gunboat & a fighter. Initially they didn't show aggression but quickly ran impatient to my idling, and infringed the No-Fire Zone by opening fire on my vessel.
My dear friends, the Guild's insolence and lack of respect for the Zoner law is outrageous and self-righteous of them, their zealotry to do what they wish even outside their Sigmas is nothing but criminal behaviour. I urge you to reconsider the Guild's motives if they themselves cannot consider yours. I have attached a few guncams as evidence and a backlog for further context.

The.Inspector: Most likely.
GMG|Ravi.Clarke: Clarke here. GMG|Bishamon.Maru: As your organisation is one that will seize every opportunity to harm Guild interests, The Guild will seize this opportunity
GMG|Bishamon.Maru: to destroy your ship.

To: Mr Toby From: Administrator Sun Koken Location: Freeport 9, Omicron Theta Subject: GMG Breach of NFZ Encryption: Hard Message: Sun speaks with patience but also trepidation.
"Konnichiwa Toby-San
First, I would like to profusely apologise for the treatment you have experienced at my Freeport. Truly it disturbs me that there was a No-Fire-Zone breach as Freeport 9 has been one of the most peaceful Freeports as of late. I can attest to my own perseverance in keeping the peace and the No-Fire-Zone that people have graciously utilized for there purposes, purposes that I am not privy to nor perhaps wish to be privy to.
There is one exception to my over-all rules and that is anything that shall jeopardize Freeport 9's safety. I shall have to investigate this matter with careful consideration of your experiences but also the experience of GMG, I am certain you may find this offensive or odd and in that case I do again apologise for causing any offence. I simply shall conduct what any neutral and fair Zoner Administrator shall do and that is look at this from a neutral perspective.
I shall very much contact GMG with my displeasure and ask them sternly to explain themselves to me, however I need permission from you to use the evidence you have supplied to me before such investigations can be started. I do thankyou deeply for reporting this, and I shall attempt to be more steadfast in my guardianship of Freeport 9 in the future so that this incident does not occur again.
Thankyou for your time"
Sun places her hands together and does her customary Buddhist bow.
Firstly, let me express my gratitude for your swift answer and your sincere tone.
he gestures his hands with speed and slaps audibly on the sides of his trousers - a deep bow is made.
Now onto the important matter, of course you have my full permission to use the evidence as you see fit with the accused party. I must warn you though, I suspect the Guild will use whatever reason and/or excuse to justify its actions - despite our rough history - I will heed a fact of this situation;
I didn't escape to Freeport 9 with a tail on my pursuit, I took precaution and circled around the Sigmas to make them lose my scent. I docked aboard the installation with no stranger on scanners. It's only after I had an appetizer in your bar, and a quick bathroom break I was felled upon their presence as I undocked.
Do believe me administrator that I am as shocked same as you that a respectable firm such as the Guild, would enact such insufferable disregard to the dogma that is the Zoner armistice.
Whatever the case, it is my duty as a businessman to report these things. Yet again I appreciate you taking the time.
