I read you. I am with several mixed fighter and bomber wings, we are moving in to provide cover. We did not receive any orders from the supreme or did not hear any statements from the Assembly yet, it looks like they are a little paralyzed as usual.

I suggest we hold ground and act according to standard protocols until orders are coming. It's critical that we maintain discipline and hold them back until reinforcements will arrive.

We are on our way, best of luck, and try to survive this one.

A large holographic image of Vaillant sitting on his command chair appeared. We could see the old Kingdom of Gallia emblem on the back of the chair as it was not facing the screen. Suddenly, the chair turned in a fast move towards the luminous screen showing up a determined Vaillant holding a glass of wine in his right hand.

I am myself in Lorraine, so consider my presence as great asset for us!

The Epinal has been deployed into defensive position around Metz. The Parisian Assembly has to still precise what should be our role in this, but for now, your orders are to keep your vessels into defensive position. Apparently these politicians corrupted by the peasantry lazyness are trying to solve this conflict by the negotiations.

Consider yourself at war with the Kusarians however. Aggressive moves will be done once the Politicians won't have enough saliva to speak anymore. I believe our time will come soon. Until then, hold the line, Madame Delon is going to assist you. I have put my battleship around Luneville as reserve for now.

I will give more orders soon.


Vaillant started to crack and even laugh while the holographic image was disappearing.

We have staved the first wave with the help of the Battleship Epinal, I look forward to seeing you both on the battlefield so we may rid ourselves of these Sirian Pesants! A small mobile repair group has made its way from Avallon Station and we have access to communication once more. We are not out of this fight yet!
