Good Afternoon,
My name is James Blackwood, I'm a sub-director within Orbital Spa and Cruise. Over the past few months Orbital has been eagerly watching Bretonia return to her former glory though various rebuilding processes. However we have noticed, particularly as of late, that the Kingdom has engaged in several open deals to undoubtedly gather funds into her coffers. To assist the government Orbital would like to. Test the waters, so to speak. With regards to a deal that would not only provide a economic stimulus to the governments coffers in direct capital, but also a longer term revenue stream in the form of everyone's favorite entity, the tax man.
In short, Orbital would like to acquire the rights to the wreck of the Stirling and turn her into a facility which would far exceed what would be her only other rival, The Hood, in nearby Dublin. By allowing Orbital the rights to the Stirling not only will the Crown gain a valuable foothold for their undoubted return to the system. It will also allow Orbital to free up the Shetland for movement to another location within Bretonia to further showcase all of the fine vistas throughout the Kingdom.
Of course Orbital is well aware of the difficulties of starting such a project, and the likeliness of success. However should the Kingdom be favorable towards allowing Orbital to purchase the Stirling we certainly will try our best to polish her back into a wonderful shine.
Regards,
James Blackwood

Ah, it's good to hear from Orbital Spa and Cruise! Bretonia has restored security within its borders and it's time to recover that tourism industry! Well, er, mostly. The BAF have somewhat retreated from Exeter with the colonisation of Carlisle. They had to, there was no other. I would personally welcome your investment, but sir, Exeter is now overrun by the Coalition! Are you sure about this? Who is going to protect your investment from the scourge of capitalism?

Good Afternoon,
My sincere apologize for the delay in reply. While I had intended to retort with a rather lengthy reply with our expectations of safety and security, only to have the relative calm of the sector shatter in the inbetween. We are now inclined to agree with you regarding the actual feasibility of such a venture. We hope that the Kingdom will fully consider our Bid of Aland Shipyard with USI, as we are uniquely interested in helping drive not only tourism throughout Bretonia but to herald in again the age of mighty shipbuilders.
That being said, we are also reaching out to you again for a slightly more worrisome issue.
A number of weeks ago one of our Liners went missing, we have finally resorted to posting a public plea for assistance which resulted in another mystery being brought forward.
A Missing Liner was located within the New London System, near sector 3E. While the vessel refused to open any communication channel with us it was backed by a pair of weapons turrets which, while not hostile to me, opened fire on a nearby Junker who had alerted us to this Liner, suspecting it was ours. As we are unable to establish contact with the vessel to further unravel the mystery we felt it best to bring attention to our discovery to the proper authorities.
Regards,
James Blackwood
