I am contacting you with a request for usage of the Bison transport ship. We require these for our research and development department for moving sensitive materials to and from our science labs. This is the best ship for our needs, as it is well armoured and can defend itself should it need to. I await your response.

My name is Amelia, I am one of the Logistics Supervisors in Deep Space Engineering. Your reasoning for wanting a Bison is fair, it is one of the best vessels to ensure safe deliveries. As it turns out, Baltimore shipyard has recently undergone some upgrades which has allowed us to produce these vessels at a significantly increased rate. I have spoken to James Smith and he assures me that as long as we know the number of these ships, and when you require them, we will be able to ensure they will be ready for you to collect.
I am pleased we have come to an arrangement. DSE is a very well respected organisation and will be happy to work with you. We only need 2 of these transports for the time being. I will contact you again, should we need any more.
