As you are no doubt aware, EFL has been seeking to expand its portfolio of projects beyond the borders of Gallia and had some success in doing so within Rheinland and the Sigma systems. We have been approached by The Core to extend the lane network within Sigma 15 and to build a jump gate to connect the aforementioned system and their home system of Omicron Rho.
As this is relating to Trade Lane and Gate technology, I believe it to be a courtesy to inform you of the project and invite Confederal oversight should you deem it necessary.
We are currently awaiting permission from the Imperial government within Rheinland to commence construction and have prepared a fleet of Sirian-built vessels to remove the need to import fuel so far from home.
We shall keep you informed of any further developments.

The Assembly is pleased to know the EFL is doing serious business in these dire times. Please keep us informed of your progress, and the Assembly greatly supports EFL for this project.
We look fowards to hearing from you.
