I am Seamus Harrington, the owner of Veltman Shelter and the founder of Harrington Engineering. Allow me to briefly introduce ourselves: we are the young corporation founded by me in the late summer of this year. Our primary field is recycling the relics of the Gallic War to the cheap civilian shuttles and freighters. The station we procured recently, the Veltman Shelter, is our only facility that works as an HQ as well. Consider the introduction part is over.

The only reason for this communication is to ensure all documents are in order, and nothing will interrupt our work aboard the station. Would you kindly to provide me with this information, and you shall not be disturbed by my company until any emergency happen.

Mr Harrington,

A review of Home Office records in regards to Modular Installations currently denotes Veltman Smelter as a registered installation, but I can find no record of a Veltman Shelter. Please inform me if this is a typo, or if there is a new Veltman styled installation.

Should this be a new installation, you'll find registration to be completed by completing this form here. If the installation already exists, and you are reporting this post construction, then you will be given 48 hours from time of this transmission to register, before a fine of 15 million credits take effect and deconstruction teams are dispatched.

I have also opened this transmission to the Police Authority, who will monitor further transmissions.
