[Balance] Nomad Torpedo Balancing

If the SNAC was nerfed to stop this from being a thing, Why is this piece of equipment still allowed to 1-shot fighters on full HP? Doesn't seem very balanced at all to me that 1 fighter can rapid fire 1 shot entire wings of fighters.

You should be comparing it to the Mini Razor, but you're not wrong. The MR was reduced in damage to prevent instakills and the Nomad Torpedo was overlooked.

I've pushed some changed stats with significantly reduced damage to be deployed next patch.
