With the deepest apologise Mr Pleasuration but the Boss is out at the moment but hence no fancy letter head to accept your contract on the Boss's behalf.

We have despatch a miner to your base now however keeping in line with his normal contracts I would state that your offer is to generous for a first contract. In order to show good faith we ask for 2/3rds of your offer at this time.

Please note that should any further contracts be negotiated I am sure the boss will discuss normal charges.
He can discuss this with you later on his return.
