Jonathan Seabourne here, captain of the Orbital Spa and Cruise liner Breezewood. I was swapping signals with another orbital pilot in Manhattan orbit (OS&C| Larry's Mini-Bar) when we were approached by a small mining vessel. They attempted to sell us a substance called "Shigeakiki." Neither of us were terribly interested as we had no idea what it was, but the other craft decided to jettison 38 units of the stuff in the hopes that we'd send some credits their way. As they landed on Manhattan, I scanned it and did some research to discover it is derived from cardamine and is steeped in GC lore. I decided it would be best not to take it aboard and my companion destroyed the stuff.

I wanted to bring the incident to your attention and ask for clarification on the substance. It does not appear to be listed as contraband, but I can't imagine any cardamine derived substance is welcome in Liberty space.

My superiors will surely reply soon, but coincidentally I have also managed to run into the substance on duty today so I feel like I should reply. It appears some sort of foreigners, Gen'an Chrysanthemums are on the loose in Liberty - and were seen trying to sell it to Liberty's citizens. I have heroically disabled the perps, and handed over the substance for analysis to LPI Labs.

If you would be so kind and hand over the sample to LPI for attempted matching of them, it would help us see if it indeed is the identical substance, and is more spread out than we thought. I am willing to volunteer to take it off your hands personally should my superiors request me to.

Analysis needs to be made by The LPI, but since the substance was seen sold by known criminals, I do recommend you continue with your exemplary citizen's duty, and report any instances of the substance's presence, especially if accompanied by the Kusarian underworld criminals. And hand over any acquired sample to LPI officers such as myself.

Good Evening Jonathan Seabourne Thank you for reaching out to me about this. I have received a few reports about this cargo Shigeakiki. The Gen'an Chrysanthemums are pushing more in the Liberty Space and look to be selling off their Cargo that they have. I'll be Increasing Patrols within Liberty to counter them as well to catch them Red Handed Peddling their Drugs. Shigeakiki from what I have learned it's Cardimine based we will also be looking to make any arrests if anyone is seen carrying this or selling it with in Liberty.
