I honestly have no idea why my ship(s) have been setting off anti-cheats, but I have a few theories on that, if this can count on why anti-cheats have been set off:
FPS? Unlikely, I never reached more than 155 fps before, and I don't know why I would only recently.
Problems with my characters from yesterday, likely, I contacted the admins about that, I remember seeing the console message alerting that my character has been setting off anti-cheats. These problems have been fixed but perhaps has it been taken in account.
Inadvertently modified the game files? Most probable, I have opened normal, unedited systems files from my clean install for my interview as a System Dev and for RP screenshots, it is entirely possible that I inadvertently added or removed things from the standard installation rather than the second Discovery installation I made specifically for the System Dev interview.

I inadvertently modified the Provence system for a screenshot detailing my new ship for a future SRP, the MVG Pasquale Paoli, but I modified the Provence system from the clean install rather than the test install I made specifically for Discovery Freelancer modifications, for my systems dev interview.
Be aware, any further instances could lead to a longer holiday from the Server.
