And you know which is the worst insult I heard from OPGs to any outcasts? Outscum, or just scum.
Look at one, look at the other, there is a big difference in the way they swear to the Outcasts (in RP), and the way they insult to the HAF.
Not even between Bretonians and Kusarians say that kind of things, and they hate eachother really bad.

Also, what's 'Flamming?' Your rules on how to deal with it are interesting, but how do I know if I'm being 'flammed'?
So far, blodo has made the most salient point, IF you continue to avoid roleplay by claming that you're being flamed, and submit sanction reports like they're candy, and you're allergic to sweets, this situation will not end well for you. And now it would appear that since sanctions aren't working for you, you're after trial by forum. Don't think it's going to go off, but carry on...

I don't know if what you are saying is true or not, but it's not the way to go, trying to create a hostile mood of the community towards a group of players. Perhaps it seems like a good solution to you, but it is not, trust me.

We don't need crap like that here. I haven't seen any HAF ever treat the OPG with the utter lack of respect that they get in return, for doing nothing but trying to have fun on a game server.
And don't even try to say those insults are in-character. They are clearly based off an OOC hate, and should be sanctioned as such.
On that particular day, and that incident, in which I was present on my RoS char, the HAF killed not one, but three Colonials. At least one of them with guns. After repeated warnings by the CR and the OPG that the Colonials are allied to them, and the RoS in wonder and extreme laughter at seeing their enemies kill each other.
In that particular case, the HAF ( the chars ) acted in no way a Corsair would act, and were suffering from some deranged illness, and the HAF (players) did not acknowledge *friendly* warnings.
It does not warrant an ooc insult, but the situation is dubious, and if I was in Mule's position, I'd call those 'Corsairs that are going against the diplomacy of Corsairs' idiots as well. But of course, I'd call the chars that, and not the players. And you do not know if what he said was directed at the chars or not.
Also, I've known Mule for a long time, and he's not the kind of guy to embarass himself and destroy his good reputation by doing stupid crap, so I trust that what he said was directed at the characters.
And frankly, if I was a Corsair, seeing another Corsair in battle shooting at his allies instead of his enemies, after repeated warnings, not only would I insult that Corsair (char, not player) to the best of my ability, and that failing, shoot him before he'd destroy a fragile alliance by being a moron.

If you're a pirate, then you can say whatever you want.
If you are a person, playing to be a pirate, you have to stay within the rules of the playground.
What muleo said, for my point of view, don't fit in the role play, as I have been in gamma for a while, in my trader, in my bounty hunter, in my corsair/order character, and they never never say that kind of things to anyone else.
I've never said that kind of things, and I'm pretty sure most of the people here didn't as well. And most of the people here think that saying that kind of stuff is wrong, and don't start with the "they are pirates, what do you expect?"

You fail to mention the circumstances, which I suppose is the common thing to do when trying to run a smear campaign.
OPG TBH and Benitez were busy in a raid on Alpha, and even a few CR joined in, and the Corsair/CR force outnumbered the Outcast force quite significantly. Then a horde of HAF enter the system. They were told we have more than enough and don't need their help. HAF as usual, ignores and "engaging"s the Outcasts.
Except they didn't target the Outcasts. They targetted the CR. If people don't know already, CR have switched to using the IMG guard tag, so this is, (if you haven't bribed IMG) a flashy red. And so the HAF killed a CR. OK, people can make mistakes. In system chat I said something like [OPG-OP]Muleo: *sigh*. And PMed the HAF that killed the CR and told him he should apologize for the kill. No reply.
Couple of minutes later, another CR gets killed by a HAF, a torpedo this time. So again I PM the person who torped the CR, and I got back some reply, I don't remember the exact wording, but basically meant he was targetting the CR on purpose for being red, (whereas before I thought they were just accidental friendly kills).
Now tell me. Were my words OOC hate speech directed at the players? Or were they the angry words of a Corsair pilot, directed at the HAF (who he was previously at civil war with), who have now targetted and killed 2 allies, in a fight they were asked not to join in?
HAF run around causing problems, or making mistakes, and then when people are angry at them, regardless of if it was in character or out of character, you scream of OORP, personal hate, and now even racism?
When the HAF first appeared, they introduced themselves as the Hispanic Armed Forces. A few weeks later as membership grew, they changed to the Hispania Armored Forces. In a PM to an admin you called yourself the Hispaniola Armored Forces. And now you're calling yourself the Hispania Armed Forces.
Look at the BAF, they are the Bretonian Armed Forces. This makes sense. They aren't the Bretonia Armed Forces, they're the Bretonian Armed Forces. The name Hispania Armed Forces is NOT good english. It should be the Hispanic Armed Forces, but whatever, you want to be called the Hispania Armed Forces, fine, but if someone like Gentle says Hispanic Armed Forces, that doesn't give you an excuse to accuse him of racism.
