From: Forcemaster of the Core Force To: The Gallic Union Government Subject: Cooperation
Esteemed leaders of the Gallic Union.
The Core Force is a limited part of The Core, and we are unlikely to be involved with your house physically directly.
The reason we are contacting you however is to negotiate help to your house in the name of your prosperity and relations with APM and the Core. There are many vital materials our independent operators would love to provide your house with, at very reasonable prices of course. The Core has already ordered a large project with one of your corporations that is now ongoing, and we would like nothing more than to deepen said cooperation with the rest of your house.
What we would like is to simply know what would it take for Core's independent trade ships to enjoy legal access to the Gallic markets.
We understand your house is rebuilding after recent military struggles, the Core can provide you with large quantities of high quality Iridium that will help you speed up the process of ship building signifficantly. We are also ready to provide you with direct financial assistance to compensate you for the access of our independent pilots to your markets and their usage of your tradelanes and any other logistical infrastructure.
We are eagerly looking forward to hearing what it will take to deepen the mutually beneficial era of cooperation for the benefit of us all,
We haven't had much to do with your group in the past, but we would like to know more about who we are dealing with first. What does "limited part of the Core" mean ? What are the goals of the Core Force with Gallia ?
However, your request for access to Gallic space for your independent commercial vessel is problematic.
A few days ago, we received data indicating that some APM ships have committed serious violations of Gallic union law. Of course, the Core Force may have nothing to do with this. But Gallia is trying to understand why APM committed this violation, you understand that all relationships are based on trust. But how can we trust the entire Core if some of you are committing violations.
From: Forcemaster of the Core Force To: Ministère de l'Intérieu Subject: Cooperation The Core Force aim
Simply to assist with diplomacy, trade and potential technology exchange - we are currently trying to consolidate Core units after we lost our Guildmaster and command structure abruptly and without warning.
The Core goals in terms of Gallia
Given the vast distances between our areas of operation and your house there is only one goal for us when it comes to gallia: Mutually beneficial trade of goods, technology and potentially knowledge.
APM vessels
I will have to explain the situation - Guildmaster Archos that dealt with Gallia previously has departed Core ranks, and with him collapsed entire unified leadership within core and APM alike.
APM- vessels you may have encounterd are simply independently acting individuals. There is also a sub-group - APM| that is trying to organize and also our own Force!APM trade vessels. I apologise for the confusion, but I assume Gallia knows how it feels when many entities and independent pilots have to operate in an environment of power vacuum.
APM Law breaking in Gallia
The vessels we control directly are Force!APM- ships, and we take full responsibility for their actions.
APM- marked vessels are not following any centralised instruction. It would not be surprising that in the power vacuum some of the independent pilots seek business where they can, and clearly unfortunately are not familiarising themselves with local laws.
Going Forward
In order to facilitate the rectification of the situation we would kindly request the following:
Exact callsigns of law-breaking independent Core vessels in Gallic Union House space.
APM- monicer vessels are all independent pilots, if any APM|or Force!APM- vessels broke your laws too please include them also.
Specific laws broken, and evidence you can provide.
Any damages caused to the Gallic Union in the process.
The Core Force pledges:
1) Take the evidence very seriously and examine it in detail
2) Do what is in our power to contact each of the law breaking individual pilots, inform them of their transgressions and do our best to ensure they will not be repeated, in the name of betterment of both Core and Gallic Union prosperity.
3) Offer the Ministère de l'Intérieu reparations for any damages caused from our own budget, and/or from funds taken off the individuals that your side can provide clear evidence against.
I hope it explains the situation, and soon Core trade vessels will be excluded from Lois de l'Union Gauloise law Article 6.2 for our peoples' mutual benefits.
