I've been on a regular scheduled shift aboard of Sumner's bridge in the only Hudson lane intersection when an Insurgent warship have appeared in direct proximity; after a short standoff I have requested reinforcements and upon arrival, promptly engaged the rogue Dreadnought. However, Rheinland forces have followed us into the northern part and halfway through the combat have interferred, implying their intention to take the Insurgent a prisoner of war and laying claim over entirety of the system.

I wasn't planning to give either any chances, so fought until the artillery salvo from the Rheinland battleship blacked Sumner out. Assuming you've already mobilised your people to Hudson - this may have actual basis underneath it.
