My name is Lisa Schulze, Minister of Economic Development. Dortmund Station has always been a remarkable sight of Rheinland engineering. The civil war is over and the Government of Rheinland will now begin to rebuild what has been lost. The Government of Rheinland will partially fund the reconstruction of Dortmund Station in New Berlin in cooperation with Rheinland Corps and outsiders. I understand that the Geschäftsleitung of ALG Waste Disposal and Rheinlands relations weren't that warm in the past, however, the Government of Rheinland is ready to reach out to begin new relations. We are looking forward to your answer and the beginning constructions.
Sehr geehrte Frau Schulze,
Im more than happy to hear that the Rheinland Government comes to the same conclusion as I did when discussing these matters with my supervisors.
I have worked considerable time on station Dortmund as simple worker and still see great potential in not just the station as a processing plant, but also in its central location within Rheinland space.
Sadly the toxic materials, once stored inside its giant tanks, are still pouring out of the damaged containment's and are flooding the nearby space. They do not just creating a hazard envoirenment for ships passing by but also hindering any effort to salvage parts of the station itself.
Therefore I want to make the following suggestion.
ALG is currently low on transport capacity and workers. As far as I know our contracts with Bretonia have a lot of our more "specialized" vehicles bound in bretonian space.
I see the removal of the toxic waste near the Dortmund wreck as first and primary step, if the station shall ever be rebuilt.
To speed up the cleanup process I would suggest constructing a temporary depot station around 10K away from station Essen.
This would help to greatly improve our current cleanup procedure, as the few vessels we have working on site wouldn't need to make their way into the Sigma-15 system.
Instead, we could safely store the toxic waste aboard the Depot station and then move it in greater quantity once more suitable hauling vessels can be redirected to the project.
Of course, I and my Crew alone can not complete such a task but as mentioned earlier I had already spoken to my superiors about this opportunity and ALG is willing to use a considerable amount of its Credit reserve to back up this project.
If you find my Idea appealing then please let me know.
I will meanwhile try to get all the formalities sorted out.
Hoping to hear from you soon.
Yours sincerely Hermann Meier

Guten Tag,
This is Jungmann. I want to acknowledge that we have received your call. Dortmund station once was a legendary pride of Rheinland, making New Berlin the cleanest House Capital - I personally welcome your decision to want to help restore it for our company.
However, I cannot make the call myself - I will make sure to bring this up it with my bosses and let them confirm what I hope will lead to Dortmund up and running and in ALG hands.
Ich wünsche ihnen einen wunderbaren Tag,

Guten Tag,
This is Jungmann.
The [ALG] leadership is still currently pre-occupied with the incredible amounts of paperwork and changes required after recent events, and I have been given the power to speak on their behalf as a messanger.
ALG Waste Disposal accepts the proposal of the ministry to rebuild Dortmund Station. It is not a decision that came easily mind you, given that by "Rheinland Corporations" we presume you include Daumann and others we were not on exactly on friendly terms in past years with. We expect status quo to be restored and ALG Waste Disposal given unconditional ownership of the station upon completion.
Unlike Hermann Meier we are not pre-occupied in Bretonia due to their government's incessent obsession with clinging to the past and irrelevant events - we applaud you for not making the same mistake. We are not opposed to Meier's idea of a temporary depot although [ALG] is focused on the domestic front and can manage without one.
We can share past blueprints for the outer structure, incorporate modern technology and improvements and lead the construction strategy, provided non disclosure agreements will be signed by non- ALG suppliers and staff to speed up the building process. We reserve the right to select the contractors and/or finish Dortmund Station in the final stages with our own workforce when unique and patented ALG technology and infrastructure and processes will be installed.
We thank you for your gesture, it is the right one and soon Rheinland will be clean of the remnants of the division that polluted it.

I will keep this brief. Dortmund wreck will be reconstructed with or without you. The Government of Rheinland will employ their own contractors from another subbranch of ALG. Just as a simple reminder. It wasn't the Government of Rheinland or the Military forces of both Federals or Imperials - it was your leadership who blew up your station that is now a hazard point in the New Berlin system at one of the most important trade lanes. Apparently, you are not ready to leave the past behind and cooperate with Rheinlands corporations.
Herr Maier.
The Government of Rheinland is glad to hear that you are ready to accept our offer to our conditions. The employed contractors by your subbranch will be paid by the Rheinland government as soon as we receive a cost estimate for the entire project. For further questions, you may direct your messages here or directly over a private channel to the Government of Rheinland.

Guten Tag,
This is Jungmann.
It appears you are missunderstanding. We agreed to work with Corporations of Rheinland and construction of the base.
Only stage where we wish to use our own staff and select contractors are the very final stages when the stations is nearing completion and ALG will be moving our patented and unique waste disposal and other corporate processes and production lines in. This is a very standard boiler plate legal precaution and I assume other corporations would impement the same one should ALG be part of construction of their bases.
Hope this clears up the missunderstanding - you can consult legal departments of any larger corporation, they will confirm that this is indeed just a very standard boiler plate procedure.
Best Regards,
Karl Jungmann

Geehrte Frau Schulze,
I would like to inform you of the completion of Bochum Depot. Thanks to DHC and ALG who both supported the construction efforts we managed to build the required station and modules in record time.
The Crew has arrived and the entire Station is working at peak efficiency.
We are ready to store the toxic materials surrounding the Dortmund Wreck safely and even pack them in ALG HazMat canisters for safer shipping.
In the current state, the Depot can house 80.000 Units of toxic material at any given time.
ALG will make sure to quickly transport the toxins off-site for further treatment at Wichter station, of course.
I hope that we will finish the cleanup by the end of 828 A.S. if not sooner.
Herzliche Grüße Hermann Meier

we are proud of your progress with the cleanup operations around the Dortmund wreck. If there is something the Rheinland Government can do for you do not hesitate to write us a message. Keep up the great work!
Sehr geehrte Frau Schulze,
I`m more than happy to inform you that we made quite some progress in cleaning up the hazard cloud surrounding the Dortmund wreck.
As we speak the last transport with hazardous materials is unloaded at Bochum deport for today.
Speaking in numbers we ALG managed to clean up 80.000 units of toxic waste and other material from the hazard cloud. Everything is stored at Bochum for the time being and we will transfer it to Wichter station for further reprocessing on Saturday the 16th October 828 A.S.
We will keep up our efforts and as I mentioned earlier we hope to be able to completely clean the area by the end of 828 A.S.
Herzliche Grüße Hermann Meier
