The Confederacy of Gallia and all its successors* and the Reformed Empire of Kusari and all its successors* hereby accede to an immediate state of peace between signatories and their recognized and contracted entities.
(*All successors will be bound to the Treaty of Rishiri until they forward a wish for renewed negotiations)
The Reformed Empire of Kusari and all of its successors will agree to an immediate non-aggression pact with the Confederacy of Gallia and all of its successors for the duration of five (5) years.
Reparation Agreement. All signatory parties hereby agree no side may be held in any manner liable for the war, and therefore no further reparations, compensations, adjudications, legal challenges or further measures, unless specified in the treaty, are required.
Warship Wrecks will be deconstructed and sorted by Gallic Corporations. The Keiretsu will be permitted to send teams to monitor salvage operations aboard Gallic corporate vessels and stations, they will receive full access to any and all operation being conducted but will not be permitted to use their own vessels within Gallic space. The Reformed Empire of Kusari will be allowed to buy back its salvage for 100% of the current market value at the time.
All signatory parties hereby agree to lift all hostile laws against all other signatories and adjust them to reflect a cold neutral stance.
The Confederacy of Gallia and all its successors will respect the sovereignty and authority represented by the Reformed Empire of Kusari over the systems of New Tokyo, Honshu, Kyushu, Shikoku, Tottori, Hokkaido, Saga (Tau-29), Rishiri (Tau-53) and parts of the Tau-31 system (Holman Junction, Trade Lane connections to Tau-23 and Tau-29, the surrounding space up to the "navigational middle" of the system)

Resource purchases from the Independent Miner Guild are freely permitted.
For the purpose of border protection, the Confederacy of Gallia and all its successor shall maintain patrol rights 15k around the Languedoc Gate in the Tau-23 system. Direct pursuit of criminals coming from within Gallia's borders into the system of Tau-23 is permitted.
The Reformed Empire of Kusari and all of its successors acknowledges the Gallic claim on the Roussillon system and shall not hinder operations aimed at the liberation of the system.
The Reformed Empire of Kusari and all its successors hereby agree to denounce the criminal acts of Gallic criminal organizations (the Maquis, the Gallic Brigands) and will treat them like an enemy of Kusari.
The Confederacy of Gallia and all its successors hereby agree to denounce the criminal acts of Kusarian criminal organizations (the Blood Dragons, the Golden Chrysanthemums) and will treat them like an enemy of Gallia.

PEACE TERMS
The Confederacy of Gallia and the Reformed Empire of Kusari* hereby accede immediate state peace between signatories and their recognized and contracted entities.

CRIMINAL RECOGNITION
The Gallic Union and the Reformed Empire of Kusari* hereby agree to denounce the criminal acts of organizations listed as domestic criminals to respective states and consider them hostile. The list of organizations per house is following:

Will allow the Order, the Core, the APM and the Technocracy of Auxo to perform trade and commerce of goods within the Gallic Union in accordance with Gallic Laws.
Will allow the Order, the Core and the Technocracy of Auxo to use vessels up to Gunboat-class within Gallic territories.
Will allow the Order, the Core and the Technocracy of Auxo merchant/logistics ships of any tonnage to access Gallic stations belonging to Gallic authorities and the national corporations (EFL Oil & Machinery, Gallic Metal Service and IDF Shipping).
Will allow the Order gathering of intelligence within Gallic space that The Order is obligated to share with Gallic Naval Command.
Will allow the Core and the Technocracy of Auxo participating in certain civilian research projects (to be discussed separately) and using the experience and knowledge obtained during such participation for their own use.
Will allow self-defense in accordance with Gallic Laws. Furthermore each signed party is required to report cases of any and all provocations or attacks commited by another.
Will allow the active support of Gallic Navy and National Intelligence units against mutual enemies.

This document attests to the goodwill and fellowship between the peoples of the Gallic Union and those of the Crayter Republic and the aims of further joint economic and diplomatic prosperity and peace. It also strives toward the addressing and successive progress beyond the grievances suffered during the Gallic Invasion of Sirius.
Towards this end, the nations above observe and agree to the following terms:
Cordial Reciprocal Recognition of National Borders:
The sovereign borders of the Gallic Union are defined as being the systems of Ile-de-France, Burgundy, Champagne, Orleanais, Lorraine, Languedoc, Picardy, Provence, as well as the exclusive economic zones of Brittany (known to Sirius as Orkney) being operated by Gallic Metal Service and Zurich, operated by EFL Oil & Machinery. This entire area being known also as the Gallic Sector.
The sovereign borders of the Crayter Republic are defined as the systems of Coronado, Tau-31, Tau-44 and Tau-115 (known to Gallia as Ariège, Landes and Rousillon respectively).
Cordial Reciprocal Recognition of Government Legitimacy:
The Gallic Union being officially recognized by the Crayter Republic as the legitimate and only governing entity of the territories listed in 1.a. and is led by The Grand Marechal, the Board of Marechals and the Grand Assambly.
The Crayter Republic being officially recognized by the Gallic Union as the legitimate and only governing entity to hold sovereignty over the territories listed in 1.b.
Abandonment of associating the Gallic Union as being the same governing entity that initiated the Gallic Invasion of Sirius and the crimes, damage, and destruction that followed.
This to include the abandonment of expectation of compensation and/or reparations for damages done or infractions caused. The peaceful reconciliation of our joint peoples and future prosperity requires the cessation of blame to be pointed in one direction or the other.
The agreement of a non-aggression pact between the Gallic Union and Crayter Republic to turn a new page in the history of these states relations.
Reciprocal recognition of criminal, terrorist, or otherwise illegitimate organizations and cooperation between the Gallic Union and Crayter Republic towards their disbandment or destruction. These elements to be defined in debate further but to include the Outcasts and Royalists.
The encouragement and stimulation of trade and commerce between the Gallic Union and Crayter Republic.
Trade between the two sovereign states be not hampered, impaired, or restricted except in just, jointly agreed upon, situations.
The lifting of tariffs, import duties, and various fees restricting or disrupting the flow of goods, services, and other forms of economic activity between these two nations.
Joint observation of commodities and items deemed “contraband” and the use of any means available (abiding by sovereign laws) to discontinue their transport across our borders and within our individual territories.
The attempt to stimulate further healthy commerce between our two states in programs and partnerships (to be discussed at length in future).
