Looking to run more than one Freelancer mod, after I installed Discovery

I have kind of a two part questions.
I am currently having an issue but found a error tip that hopefully fixes issue.

and Second, I am looking to preserve My Discovery game and add another Freelancer Mod, what might be the best way to move either discovery to another folder or start a new FL game in another folder?

I searched but may not of used the right words as I kept fining threads on Modding the game, and not what I am looking for.

Forgive I am old and rusty and don't remember many tricks to this, so I might need details so I don't mess it up.

I normally keep multiple folders for vanilla/modded installations, and have seperate save paths that i just switch between

ok, but I already have FL discovery installed and I cannot install another game while it is the standard folder. so I need to know how to move it. so the updater can find it.
