クサリ宇宙軍司令部宛, (//"kusari uchuu-gun shirei-bu ate" - To KNF HQ)
I bid you good day, esteemed Admiralty. I am reaching out to you today with distressing news regarding Kepler. My retainers have recently obtained information regarding the Order's in the system. This is allegedly in response to some unusual activity in the region following the dark matter anomaly. I do not renounce the possibility of this information being just rumours. If correct, however, Shikoku can be threated by a threat not seen since the end of the 800-801 conflict.
I cannot vouch for the credibility of this information, and I certainly do not want to cry wolf. However, for the sake of security I would plead with the KNF command to monitor the situation in case something happens indeed. "A fish to the cat" as the proverb says, better be vigilant than sorry. If the information proves wrong, we risk nothing. If it is correct, a major security breach can be averted. Perhaps, Myoko battlegroup can stay alerted for the time being. Naturally, I defer the judgement to the esteemed Admiralty and do not intend to dishonour your expertise by suggesting measures.
I hope this information is of use to you. For the Empire and His Imperial Majesty.

Whoever your source is, they are untrustworthy at the very least.
Aren't Order agents rumored to possess huge quantities of information? Strange how there is an absolute lack of such information given to you.
The Myoko Battlegroup does not require you to remind us of our duty, Shimamori-san.
We monitor the Shikoku system in joint venture with the KSP and frequently dispatch patrols to the Independent Worlds, including Kepler.
We know very well how to react and deal even with the most unusual sightings - see for yourself: [Acces granted: File#1314]
Now apologize us, we have more important things to attend to than a Clan head believing every stray dogs rumor.
An advise: Don't linger around Order agents, this might attract unwanted attention to you and your Clan.
Communication Officer, Sho Ishihara
2nd Home Fleet, IKN-Myoko
Ishihara-san, I sincerely apologise to the whole battlegroup Myoko for reaching out with this plea. I do not doubt the dedication of all the personnel to their duty, nor their expertise in its discharge. Naturally, I suspect the Order wants to sow rumours beneficial to them and their agenda. I did not have any information regarding the previous engagement of the KNF with the said unknown entities and am grateful for sharing the insights into the matter. My sharing this information was not meant a disrespect or a call to action but a simple notification on the information circulating around. Whether it is of use or not was deferred to your judgement and rightfully so as I can see. I will try not to disturb the KNF admiralty with such rumours in the future.
Honour and dignity upon the Myoko fleet.
