Admiral,

We have had few occasions to meet, and the developing situation within the Taus will make up for yet another important meeting for Bretonia and its military.

As you may well be aware by now, the Nomads have organized a large-scale incursion within Orkney in the past days. This represents the biggest threat on the borders of the Kingdom since the invasion by Gallia. I trust that you will be able to carry out the following orders without problems and maintain a state of constant readiness in case of a Nomad incursion further into the Taus.

You have 72 hours to execute the following directives:

• Total blockade of Tau-31; No civilian ships must be permitted to proceed further than the Leeds Jump Gate and adjacent lanes to Planet Harris until the Jump Gate to Orkney is sealed;
  
• Redeployment of several cruisers to the Orkney Jump Gate and its subsequent disabling, along with the infrastructure in its vicinity;
  
• Organization of multiple military exercises to guarantee the fighting capability of Oversector North units.

This may well be the beginning of another large-scale invasion by the Nomads; do not hesitate to use any and all means to stop their incursions. You will be briefed with more information as soon as it is available.
