4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay?
I play a character called Festus McBoyle, a colourful Junker entrepreneur. I am wanting to SRP with a Barge to move scrap and toxic waste around New Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich. Currently, I have an option to buy an OSC ID Barge, which I can borrow but that ID isn't in keeping with moving scrap/toxic waste. I would change it to a Junker ID/IFF.
5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planning to achieve on this character?
To run a successful scrap and waste management delivery system. I want to expand my recycling business throughout Bretonia, Liberty and Rheinland... not so keen on Kusari - they shoot me all the time! The use of a Barge means I can set up an economic distribution network. Bulk delivery cuts costs. I can offer bulk discounts to local traders to encourage buying off me with profitable back-loads to short-distance selling points. A win-win sort of thing. I also want to link into my scrapyard in Leeds with my scrapyard in Frankfurt and to promote my various operations.
I also want to contribute to the Disco Community and provide decked-out Rheinland Mining ships based on Schrottplatz. For low-tier mining. This is free for new or returning Vets to have and can mine scrap in Frankfurt to sell in Kresuzberg, and then mine Toxic Waste near Essen to take to New Augsberg Depot in Munich.

I have RP'd my Junker character extensively within Bretonia, Rheinland and with individuals. The character is true to the Junker persona and practice. A fun, quirky type. I own a small string of scrapyards and handling/warehouses used for mining scrap and toxic waste etc.
