Clarification.
Money is of no interest to us, keep it. Especially given that the Union let you - Sirians - build a base freely here. We are largely pro-Sirian but that one does raise an eyebrow.
We have many let's say - extremely enthusiastic - heroes in our midst. To make sure their, often explosive, enthusiasm won't get out of hand I would strongly recommend you will comply with their coughs friendly requests for cargo donations and accept our thruth spreading materials when you stumble across them.
As to potential call for help - well - we are not on those terms yet, we will have our eyes on your people - let's see how you conduct yourselves first, Oui.

Having been raised on planet New Paris, I remember as a child the adults speaking of the actions of The Maquis. While attending university my girlfriends and I would sneak off to Maquis meetings and listen to the handsome young Maquis men. Their tales of the heroes in our midst and their talk of freedom from the Crown inspired our young minds.
My superiors were disappointed to learn of your rejection of their donation offer. We meant no offence and only desired to help support your cause. We have assisted similar organizations across Sirius. As I previously mentioned, AWES wishes to extend every curtesy to all the citizens of Sirius. The donation will remain on the table indefinitely should you have a change of heart. As is the offer to extend loans to your organization at friendly rates.
Lastly, as to your request that "Military Salvage" be donated to your organization. I will firstly need to commission a feasibility study from our ALG contractors. One of their engineers has a crush on me, and I'm sure would prepare a favorable study. I would then need to present the study to the AWES board members at their next quarterly meeting. If the study is not finished on time. I will circle back and take it directly to our CEO for review.

Clarification.
Don't get me wrong! The Gesture is appreciated and the refusal is not meant as disrespect!
However you must know what drives us - it is ideology, not money - we are different from the Council and the Confederacy, the Corsicans, Corporations and vast majority of Sirius. Now obviously money does rate reasonably close to oxygen, but we do not like to make it seem we are bought by external parties, raising funds through material donations where we sell what we do not require and through trading of - various kind - are preferred.
This is why the best help you can give us is sharing your materials when our people come across you - they will tell you what they need. I am not talking about some formal contract or delivery here, non. We are not great at governing and do not indend to govern or command Gallia's logistics after our victory. I literally mean that if your people come across ours, they will be asked for part of materials they carry, including military salvage. We are not asking for your money now because we do not expect Maquisards to provide you payments in the future for said ad hoc donations either just so you understand.
