Originally it was the Liberty Navy who was responsible for developing and putting together the first Osiris to grace Juneau Shipyard. Dubbed The "Osiris" This vessel was to change the way the Liberty Navy defended its systems and ferociously attacked anyone unfortunate enough to stand in their way. Unfortunately this vision did not come to fruition as defecting Order Agents stole the prototype Osiris and field tests where never able to commence. Left with only its blue prints, SECNAV decided it could not waste anymore resources on developing another prototype Osiris and focused on modifying and engineering the new wave of Overlord Battleships that would be the Icon of the Liberty Navy we know today.
With the undertaking of Project Anchorage by the Forty Sixth fleet, they reached out to the Fifth for assistance in constructing a new generation of Osiris-class vessel, the CV-3-001 Anchorage. With the major success of Project Akhetaten, High Command saw this to be a perfect opportunity to not only aid the Forty Sixth in their effort, but to construct a second vessel alongside it, the CV-3-002 Arizona.
Construction will take place in drydock #2. All inbound supplies are to be reported in this channel and processed by Rear Admirals Lucius Hopkins or Luke Briggs.
With the final supplies delivered, construction of the main hull and interior of the CV-3-002 has been completed in near record time. A power connection has been established to the shipyard to ensure all airlocks and lights are functional. The Arizona has taken her place across from her sister ship in drydock.
Shipments for Stage II are currently inbound and estimated to arrive within the week. As soon as the first shipments arrive, installation of primary systems will begin.
