To whom it may concern,
My name is Lian Zhu, a Freelancer for hire. Earlier today I came one of your guys, Cesar LaCroix, here on Freeport 6. I guess I caught him on a bad day because he didn't want his ship anymore, so he sold it to me for a good chunk of change. The problem is that this Sirocco Noir is pretty beat up. I could get it fixed by a local but I don't think they would do as good of a job as you guys. But I'm assuming this Cesar guy didn't break any of your rules by selling me this ship. I could always use a new fighter and I'd rather not piss you guys off by flying this around without at least giving a heads up.
Assuming that's alright, I could bring it up to wherever you guys are from to get it fixed, right? It's not in fighting shape but I think it could survive a short hop. Let me know what you think, it's a beautiful ship and I'd like to have it.

Saluti, Madame Lian Zhu
Pleased to meet you.
Originally, it was not me who was supposed to reply, but the name you mentioned made me tick. I hope Cesar LaCroix is alright, wherever he is, and it is a shame his Sirocco Noir is not more his but yours. I hope you will take good care of it, as he has previously.
Since you are transmitting from Tau-29, and are not Gallic, I can safely deduce you do not know more about us, the ship, or even Gallia. Let's just say we are an association of civilians. The system Provence, is both under Corsican and Gallic jursdiction. This will come in handy later on.
So, you say you have a Sirocco Noir that is beat up. Wouldn't have assumed otherwise from Cesar. So, sure, since you have a Sirocco Noir, and that he did not violated any principles of the Unione Corse, he simply sold what he probably did not need anymore. I can understand. I would've forced you to come here and destroy it yourself, but, we have seen many Freelancers flying high-tech fighters, from Liberty to the Omicrons, supposedly, under permission. Therefore, we'll do the same.
Come to the Provence system, no need to go through Gallia in itself. From Tau-29, you can jump to Tau-23, then Tau-44. There is the Luxury Liner Argenton, one of our liners, if you need to stop by and rest. I will tell the crew to let you rest for free if you decide to dock there. And then finally, in the white nebula, the jump hole to Provence.
Our shipbuilders would be happy to meet you on Planet Marseille - you can't miss it. There is also a Freeport in the system.
Feel free to come when you want - but I assume it'd be as soon as possible, if I have read the description of the Sirocco Noir correctly. Of course, nothing is free. I will let the Capitaine in charge of the shipbuilding do the pricing and all the paperwork.
Either way, I am glad to have met you and, if you can, please send Cesar LaCroix my regards, and my best wishes in whatever he is currently doing in the vastness of space. It was as unexpected as it was pleasant, to hear from him again - indirectly.
Anyway, we are looking forward to see you and your ship. I may be able to meet you and your ship in person once you have safely arrived on Planet Marseille. And, don't worry (too much), Tau-44 is, under surveillance, if we can say that, by the Unione Corse.

Hello Principal Orsini,
Thanks for your reply. You're right, I really don't know anything about your people or about Gallia. Going through the registration of this ship was the first time I've even heard of you guys. Though I did some reading on the Neural Net and it looks like my views align with yours concerning some outside factions. But I'm happy to hear that you're a reasonable man and will let me keep the ship. I've made my way to Marseille. I think I'm in the right place, someone told me that this was the main city on the planet. I got lost a bit on the way here but some patrols were able to point me in the right direction.
I'll hang around the main landing pad for awhile if you want to come by. It sounds like the repairs will take awhile anyways, it's in rougher shape than I initially thought.
