The Wilde are in essence, Nomads. They're just called differently. The Wilde are generaly all infected by the Nomad of the Infiltrator caste (The one from the first page, that picture with a flying squid). So, their minds and nervous systems and what not are all Nomad. Its just the walking meatsack that's still 'human'.
