I will spare us the formalities and proceed straight to the point of this message.
Your 'classified' convoy heading for Sulawesi Citadel ran into several large scale ambushes and based on the words of the Bowex Captain, you ran into issues prior to your arrival in the Taus already. If not for the convenient field testing scheduled for the Nagato to take place nearby our newest investment - Planet Harris - and the patrol paths of the Kusentei, your convoy would have most likely been destroyed or captured by hostile forces.
The presence of Molly, Outcast, Maquis, quite obvious usurpers, defectors or worse infected Bretonian forces alongside the late appearance of actual Nomadic entities, paired with the total absence of warship escorts or a welcome committee of Crayterian forces leaves us concerned about the status within Leeds and the Tau-44 system. The presence and later absence of an Interdictor-class belonging to the Liberty Security Forces just adds to the blurry circumstances surrounding your convoy.
We will not pry into the details of the convoy, however given the unusual large interest by Nomadic entities - with them going as far as sending large husks far beyond the areas usually known to harbor them - we cannot help but wonder what exactly the encoded data consists of. For now, we will classify this convoy as Bretonia's contribution to regional anti-crime policies.
Given the sheer amount of hostile forces attempting to intercept the convoy, It is most apparent that you have a mole within the command staff responsible for organizing it. Should you find the mole and fear that they might attempt to make a run for the Tau sector, it is our offer and duty to assist our new friends by calling in wings specialized in the detection and tracking down of traitorous rats and infected. Should there be anything the 1st Major Fleet of the Imperial Kusari Navy can do to further assist the Kingdom, I am ready to listen.
Sincerely, Admiral Okamoto, 1st Major Fleet.

Respected Allies of the Realm,
While we would benevolently welcome support in all regions due to the present situation in the Kingdom, it is our wish to inform Your Excellency that the Crown does not maintain interest in currently inviting the Naval Forces for cooperation in territory directly governed by House Bretonia. In its stead, we remain open to increasing cooperation in the Tau region in light of recent events.
The circumstances of the convoy were unfortunate in the Tau region as the Bretonian Armed Forces can muster a limited amount of ships beyond the Leeds system. We have submitted a request to the Crayter Republic for further support, however a lack of direct coordination has led to the convoy not receiving the promised support at the correct time and hour. As has been described in a prior report, the Kusari Naval Forces have sent limited support alongside the convoy to its final destination, Sulawesi Citadel.
We believe that the correlation between the arrival of Molly raiders and the departure of the convoy is strictly an unfortunate coincidence, as Molly raiders were also reported in the Dublin system minutes prior to the initiation of the journey. As has been priorly stated, the Royal Bretonian Navy had provided adequate support for the convoy until the Tau-31 Jump Gate. However, the escorts were recalled back, and, in addition to the mentioned breakdown in communications with the Crayter Republic, the convoy was thusly exposed to ambushes.
On another note of importance related to the events that unfolded in the Tau-44 system, we confirm that the warships present were not Armed Forces' assets but instead units under Nomad or Wild influence, further proven by the apparition, at later stages, of warforms. This leads to a conclusion that what the convoy had encountered was not a number of rebellious forces, but instead a cell of the Wild that operates in or near the Tau-44 system. For this reason, we believe that the strengthening of communication lines and in-the-field cooperation is of utmost importance to contain the spread of further Nomad influence in the Taus. In addition, the efforts of all three regional powers must be corroborated and supplemented to blockade the Orkney system and discover other potential entry or, respectively, exit points out of the system now-confirmed to house the main group of Nomads.
It is also our desire to inform the Kusari Naval Forces that the Crayter Republic, following recent attacks by the Gallic Navy in the vicinity of Tau-31 infrastructure, as well as Planet Harris itself, has pledged to rejoin the blockade imposed on the Gallic Union and continue efforts to reduce the influence of the Gallic state in Sirius. We do not maintain interest in interfering with affairs of the Empire of Kusari, however we highly encourage maintaining cordial relations with both their respective government and the military.
Lastly, to address the concerns risen about the status of the cargo transported, we wish to only comment on its relevance to the events in Tau-44 due to security regulations needed in place to prevent such further ambushes. The Kingdom of Bretonia has offered the Crayter Republic recent information about the state of the Okrney system, in a similar manner to that mentioned previously in this transmission, and information about the state of Gallic Navy forces that were present in the Tau-31 system. Whilst not relevant to Kusari Naval Forces matters at home, we believe that abroad this may change the approach towards units belonging to the Gallic state. Of imperative importance is the apparition of a newly-designated unit in the Orkney district of their Navy under the callsign of "Royal Guard". Elements belonging to this unit have repeatedly attacked both Bretonian and Crayter assets, as well as attempted to launch torpedoes at near-Harris infrastructure. We are highly concerned about this new change and will continue to monitor the developing situation, and we highly advise both the Imperial Diet of Kusari and the Kusari Naval Forces to urgently reconsider any plans related to the Union.
Please do not hesitate to reach out again should there be another matter in need of further discussing. We wish a pleasant afternoon.
The uncoordinated nature of your cooperation with the Crayter Republic was noted. A most unfortunate turn of events.
It was far off our intention to propose joint operations within Bretonia's territory, rather am I ready to re-deploy a part of the 1st Major Fleet to the Tau-31 system to permit the Bretonian Armed Forces more flexibility and capabilities for the Leeds system.
In light of the Gallic incursions reported by you, we will transfer a small force to Shinkaku Station in Tau-29 to act as swift response units regardless. Standard patrols will also launch more frequently from Tau-29 into Tau-31.
The Admiralty was informed about Gallia's most recent actions and will stand fully committed to the Treaty of Lewes. Rest assured, according to my own sources, the Imperial Diet holds no intentions of re-establishing contact with the Gallic Union for the time being. Such hostile acts from their side will keep on delaying any potential talks for an indefinite timeframe.
Regarding the Nomad activity surrounding the Orkney system, the Imperial Naval Intelligence branch already committed and contributed towards the containment and clarification of circumstances surrounding the how and in which dimensions the Nomads entered the system to raise havoc. As far as I am aware, the SIS did not pursue further cooperation with us for the time being. Our independent investigation will continue and any findings will be shared with the cooperation partners as defined by the Treaty of Lewes and Treaty of Harris.
Sincerely, Admiral Okamoto, 1st Major Fleet.

Admiral Okamoto,
We disagree with the statement that suggests the actions undertaken between the convoy and the Crayter Republic were uncoordinated. An unfortunate series of events has led to the circumstances, thusly we do not believe that there is need for an inquiry into the conduct of either Bretonian or Crayter personnel during the time of this mission.
Instead we wish to shift attention to the danger posed to traffic by possible ambushes conducted by both the Maquis and the Nomad-controlled forces, that may be able to act as regular units in the field. The Kingdom of Bretonia is in close talks with the Crayter Republic regarding a possible increase in patrols both within Tau-31 and Tau-44, however we wish to also formally advise the Kusari Naval Forces to follow suit in a similar move within the Tau-29 system, due to its importance both as a mining hub and as a key point of the "Tau highway". We will provide as much help as possible should there be a need to, therefore we ask that you submit such requests should the need arise. Our Crayter allies also stand ready to offer assistance at any point in the near future.
Concerning the latest request to increase the presence of the Kusari Naval Forces within Tau-31, we wish to mention that it may be too early for such a move. Instead, we welcome the Kusari Naval Forces in joint patrols with the Crayter Republic in the deeper Taus, such as Tau-23 or potentially organizing missions into Orkney itself.
That is all for the time being. We wish our Kusari allies best of luck in the coming weeks. Please remain in contact to discuss any potential concerns.
