Madman RP

I've had an idea for a mad character I'd like to make.

In most cases, 'Insane' means 'rage against general humanity' or 'bloodthirstyness'

I want ot make a char that's mad who is the other type of mad, for example.

Madman loses his nut and goes off somewhere

his voice is heard on the comms somewhere spewing utter gibberish garbage like "cotton toes are only good at reverse-checkers, behold the shoelace of rubber for it shall run, only the tin tree knows.....

he is too mad for his own good so police ruch to catch him, not destroy him.

so the madman runs, he is un-predictable (not an excuse for breaking engagement rules, mind you)
and the pirates think they could use him somehow,

I think it will be a fun char to play, although i have a few questions and worries:

if newbs see me spewing random garbage , they could 'join in' m such material is good at making 'lols'

What ship does he fly? i was thinking the crew of a conference go nuts from a chemical/neural signal in the ship systems, giving the police something to worry about when a mindless gunboat comes raging , spewing garbage on the way.

what ID? this guy is a non-agressive loon going nuts all over sirius

is this feasable at all?

Pirate would probably be best, as it allows for police and the like to engage you.

Goes nuts and goes off somewhere? Sounds like a Zoner to me. Wants to get away from all the houses and whatnot, finds life on a Freeport where people generally leave him alone, but sometimes go off to pick into Artifact or Niobium/Ice fields or neighboring systems looking for scraps. Would be fun, me thinks...

As to what he should fly, a freighter would work best, I think. Dromedary, Bactrain, whatevs, really.

Well, I believe that there once was an idea for a faction consisting of loonies like you character whose sole purpose ingame was to park next to people in space and start jabbering off about random stuff. Good idea though, I'd like to see how some of the non-rper's in manhattan will take it.

I'd think invent some type of mad character like Melzar - He was mad but in his notes he wrote about the "Cabbage of Jas" which was the Stone of Jas and something that he would use to blink and destroy half the world.

Some type of Mad but mysteriously all-knowing and all-seeing character.

You could even make him like the Chaos Elemental in his letters... Your pshycotic and sometimes spew garbage or cryptic messages your very wise and what not...

Your basically like a walking God that rambles around do whatever he wants and spews garbage.

Well, i'm still not sure about the ship

I want to give police a reason to worry and come out and catch me and pop me in the loony bin.

a harmless bacterian floating about filling the comms with gibberish will just be ignored, now a conference has 2 mine slots, perfect for a fleeing loony.

i like the cryptic prophecy/wisdom thing, so if you see me, take out a pen and paper, i'll try my best for some hidden riddles or something
