Au gouvernement de Liberty,

On behalf of the Gallic Union, I extend warm greetings and heartfelt wishes for peace and prosperity to the people of Liberty. It is with great concern and a shared desire for security and stability that I address the recent events unfolding on Planet Erie.

Allow me to emphasize that the relationship between our Houses has evolved significantly over a short timespan. The resolution of the War, largely due to the remarkable efforts between my Ministry and Monsieur Sam Worthington, Secretary of State of Liberty, stands as a testament to the transformative power of dialogue and cooperation. The mutual desire for improved relations between Gallia and Liberty has laid the foundation for trust and understanding.

However, some have chosen violence instead of trust and understanding. The Zoners, as our government understands, have provided sanctuary to the vile traitors of the Libertonian Government - the so-called Insurgency - on Planet Erie. It is not the first time the Zoners provided support against enemies of Houses, and this cannot be allowed, and I, alongside the Ministry, and by extension, the government, and the People of Gallia, stand alongside Liberty in her decision to pacify Planet Erie. The Zoners, as humble as their wish to be independent is, they have made too many mistakes, and this one was too much.

Gallia understands the significance of security and stability as we addressed similar challenges in our lifetimes. Our shared wish for stability and a peaceful future provides us with good reasons to extend our assistance. We are prepared to offer material and manpower support to aid Liberty's defense against the Zoners groups and the Insurgency's coalition against peace. This includes the provision of resources, equipment, and any other necessary assistance to bolster Liberty's capabilities. Moreover, we are committed to exploring avenues for enhanced cooperation and collaboration between our governments.

May this crisis serve as an opportunity for our Houses to forge an even stronger bond, this time rooted in mutual respect and a common desire for peace. Gallia remains steadfast in its commitment to working closely with Liberty to overcome these challenges and build a safer and more prosperous future for all.
