Gentlemen,
I hope this letter finds all in good health and high spirits. It is with a heavy heart that I write to tender my resignation from the esteemed position of Admiral of the Fleet. This decision has not been an easy one to make, but after much contemplation and introspection, I believe it is the right path for both myself and the organization. Throughout my tenure, I have had the immense privilege and honor of serving alongside some of the most dedicated and talented individuals in the sector, together, facing numerous challenges and triumphing in the face of adversity. It is with great pride that I reflect upon our collective accomplishments, including the successful implementation of fleet-wide reforms, the strengthening of alliances, and the improvement of operational effectiveness, even if at a steep cost due to an ever-changing situation in the field.
However, it is essential for me to acknowledge that no leader can sustainably contribute to an organization if they are not able to give their wholehearted commitment. Regrettably, I find myself in a position where I can no longer fulfill the responsibilities and obligations that come with this position.
Over the years, and most especially, over the past months, I have witnessed the toll that this position takes on one's personal life and well-being. The constant demands, the relentless pressure, and the unending cycle of decision-making have gradually eroded my ability to maintain a healthy work-life balance. As a result, my family, my health, and my overall happiness have suffered, and I have come to the realization that it is time for me to step down. I must express my utmost gratitude to the Admiralty Board for providing me with this incredible opportunity to lead and serve our Queen and our country. Your unwavering support and trust in my abilities have been invaluable. I am humbled by the faith you placed in me and the opportunities for growth and development that all have extended throughout my career.
In resigning from this esteemed position, I do not intend to sever my ties with the organization at any point. I am willing to assist in any way possible during the transition period to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities to my successor. I will make myself available for consultations and provide any necessary guidance to facilitate a seamless transition such that my successor will fulfill the role to a better degree.
I have full confidence in the competence and dedication of our pilots, and I am confident that my departure will not impede the progress and success of the state in dealing with any quarrelsome individuals or organizations. I believe that fresh leadership will bring new perspectives, innovative strategies, and invigorated enthusiasm to further advance the objectives of our grand nation.
Before I conclude, I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to every member of the organization. Each one of you has played an instrumental role in our shared accomplishments, and it has been an absolute privilege to serve alongside such exceptional individuals. I will forever cherish the memories and the friendships forged during my time as Admiral of Her Majesty's Navy, as it represented not only a position of great respect, but also one from which I was given the ability to hear and listen to the worries of our serving peoples. It is with much hope, that our Queen and the Kingdom may be able to live into eternity and accomplish much where we have failed, that I march forward.
Carina, Regina, Imperatrix!

Esteemed Admiral of the Fleet,
your resignation is sad news for her Majesty's Armed Forces and for the men and women who served alongside you.
I would like to extend my personal respect for your service, and even more so for your decision to step down when you see the time rife. Not every man has the strength to put duty and the interest of the Kingdom first.
In hard as well as good times, we first and foremost serve. Not ourselves but the people of Bretonia and her Majesty our Queen.
It was an honour serving under your command and I wish you the very best for your future endeavours.
