I haven't heard from you. Have you received our transmission regarding the dismantling of the reception outposts? The ship registry from our forward bases has no entry about your ship, the Klaxon. I suppose you haven't found the way to our installations, yet. You have, still, a very short window of opportunity to check in. Deterrence is already working on the full integration of the captains that arrived. This is your last chance.
I can not guarantee that we will be able to help you, your crew and your ship after this window closes.

xxxVSOD Mateo,
xxxI appreciate your offer greatly, and the kindness extended to us by you and your people is not lost on me, especially given the reputation Crete has for its—perhaps rightful—suspicion of outsiders. In appreciation of this, I do not wish to waste your time.
You are surely aware of the history of the Insurgency, and how our struggle has essentially been one of democracy against tyranny. In recognition of such, I have instituted a system of voting among my crew regarding where we ought to proceed from here, and for better or worse, the crew of the Klaxon has decided to seek aid from parties aside from Crete's defenders.
I hope that there are no hard feelings about this, and I sincerely pray that your men and mine never come to blows in the future. I wish you and the Deterrence only the best of fortune going forward. No matter what happens, you have my personal gratitude for taking in so many of my former comrades-in-arms.
xxxForever in service to Liberty and her people,
Augustus Howe
Commander, INS Klaxon
