For years the Liberty Security Force frequented some of the higher-class Bars on Manhattan; The Navy had no interaction with the outside, the Liberty Police had thousands of Sunbucks everwhere... But the Liberty Security Force, despite being the true vanguard of Liberty had nothing...

Until a petition ran by the Joint Directors and a small Tavern was added to one of their bases by popular request.

Two Blonds and a Brunette where picked as Barmaids according to the dictations of the Agents and money was raised by blackmail and wetwork operations to pay for all of this.

And so, now that inventory is finished and employee's hired... A band of inebriated directors dubbed it the Rising Sun Tavern and opened it for the recreation of the LSF.
