Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1: Fly to Corfu Base on Omicron Theta
  
• Step 2: Open the ship dealer tab.
  
• Step 3: Check that the Civilian Carrier is priced at 37.765.800 SC.
  

Additional Information: The Civilian Carrier had a price close to 500.000.000 SC before the patch. With the price at which the ship is currently sold, the equivalence with the pre-patch currency is 3.776.580.000 SC, which means a multiplication of the original price by seven, making it the most expensive ship in the game, by far. That is why I understand that it's a bug.
