[Systems] Trenton Outpost - Clipping/Obstructing docking path

Bug: Trenton Outpost clipping/docking issue

Reproduction Steps:

• Get an Osprey (from Tarrafal, for example)
  
• Go to Trenton
  
• Try to dock with Dock 6 or 7
  

As Misfit bravely drew attention to by leaving his Osprey docking with Trenton for half a day, the docking ports 6 and 7 of Trenton Outpost have the big strut (Li01_06_strut_01) in the way, allowing only smaller snubs to dock while bigger ones like the Osprey will be stuck in a docking loop.

The fighter moor inside the strut (Li01_06_strut_02) is also clipping through the strut because it is not perfectly aligned.

Both issues can easily fixed with the following replacement in the LI01.ini, which barely changes the look of Trenton Outpost. It adds two barrels to make sure the docking path is no longer obstructed.
