If you want to talk like that, I can do it too. You taught us that mining field = cloud. None us of ~5 people figured out you can mine outside. Why are you trying to justify your laziness by an existing overcomplicated trick?
So the point stands: Are you sure that a place that needs an INSTRUCTION to be NEUTRAL to play is a good idea? There is no notes for that ***** hiding strat in game.

I found out that the ring was mineable before the cloud when I looked around in Earhart. I didn't realise you could mine in there since fields overlap, so I thought the game would usually try to cancel the fields out.
You can afford to explore a little. Just find a nice and big chunk to hide behind and mine away.
I agree with OP but just turn down the graphics to get rid of the cancerous awful blinking. You shouldn't have to but clearly they think this is OK because there are "ways around it"
