To whom this may concern,
my name is Hans Meier and I'm the current administrator of the Koepchen Depot. The base was initially constructed by the Sirius Entsorgung (SEO) to cleanup the cologne system.
After this base was sold from SEO to me, I'm interested in increasing it's purpose beyond the boundaries of the system.
We already deliver basic products like mox or alloy to stations within rheinland or mining outposts within the omegas.
And this brings me to you. I understand that you, as a gallic corporation, don't need a steady supply of mox - however, I'm almost sure that your refinery processes produce the same type of waste as the mining station Elbich, Falster and Solarius do. I'm here to offer you a basic waste removal contract and (if desired) a steady supply of alloy from Koepchens own smelter.
One of our captains already discussed this two weeks ago with GMS|Gallia.Rainstorm and I hope by now this has gotten reported to you.
To: Hans Meier
Priority: Low
Topic: Your Proposal.
Bonjour Monsieur Meier,
I have been asked by the Administrators of Le Paradis des Chats to respond on their behalf.
Since that discussion, a couple weeks ago, GMS| Transports have made frequent trips to your Modular Installation, in Cologne, to offload Toxic Waste. I am surprised your Dockmaster hasn't informed you of this.
The deliveries happen as and when transports are available.
As Le Paradis des Chats produces a lot of Toxic Waste and transports are not always available to transport it away, the Administration are happy for you to come and collect it at your leisure.
As for supplying Le Paradis des Chats with Basic Alloy, GMS already has its own Smelters, which produce sufficient quantities of the materials needed.
Feel free to contact me if you require any more information.
Cordialement,
Pierre St.Denis

Sehr geehrter Herr St. Denis,
let me thank you for your fast reply. In fact the docking master showed me an increased supply of non-Koepchen-related ships. At the moment we list them simply as "externals" so this may explain why it wasn't explicit listed.
I was also curious about the decission of the alloy supply. But as you said, that you've your own smelter, I completely agree with you that it doesn't make sense, from an economic standpoint, to contract an external supplier.
Please also note we store excess platinum of Wuppertal and offer it to passing traders from time to time.
Let me state clear that GMS ships are free to carry it to Gallia.
