Hi. We spoke in space earlier about both the basics of the Platform and the plight of the Commonwealth refugees on Erie - especially my own mother - and I thought I'd go ahead and reach out to you again with more details like you'd asked.

Gail Marshall is a 62-year-old former DSE miner from Pittsburgh. She fled Guadalajara when the Ohio Battlegroup first began its bombardment and ended up a refugee on Erie, and that's the last I've heard. We know the labor camps are there, and that the LSF is keeping a super tight lock on them, so it's pretty unlikely anyone will be able to even find her, let alone get in and check on her, but... you mentioned you could maybe confirm whether she was there or alive? That seems like it'd be incredibly dangerous and difficult, but if you can, I'd really be in your debt.

"Civil Servant has been on Erie for over a week now, his operation there seems to be showing fruit thanks to several loose Militias planetside co-operating with his requests. So hopefully we should see a conclusion of these efforts soon. We're getting the first few reports in from CS regarding his assignment, but I've hopefully ensured that the evidence that we've collected is suitable for your needs.

Civilian displacement manifests

"As you probably know, a large amount of civilians found on Erie are currently under mass displacement. The separation of families and communities creates massive distruption for any sort of resistance movement to be formulated. Most of liberty's concerns were within industrial and major urban centres on the Planet, so any Zoner militia still planet bound have consolidated themselves within the countryside regions, albeit highly decentralized in their organization and logistics. This has seen an extended period of intelligence gathering to narrow down the potential locations that Gail would have been relocated to.

"Manifests acquired by Erie raiding groups have noted that several new locations have had labour camps and detention centres constructed at rapid pace to facilitate the continuing displacement, several of which are located roughly 500Km south of Lake City within a canyon passage established along a mass-transit line. Its evident that the LSF are reutilizing civilian infrastructure already, fortunately this has left holes of security since the work-demand to maintain this network still requires local civilian support. Passenger documentation report that your mother was identified by Rapid-Express.Plc administration boarding a train southbound for Presque Ilse metropolis, Line operators and maintenance teams have been keeping track on their own schedules and noted that the expected train was 2 hours overdue passing by the work-site located south of the labour camps.

"One thing to note is discrepancy in these manifests too, while the train did arrive at its intended destination and Rapid-Express.Plc notes that her transit history confirms her arrival at the intended stop, the authorizing signature on her arrival ticket isn't known by any staff at the station... Likely pointing towards manipulation of her records.

Erie Detention Centre Complex-04 (EDCC-04)

"We believe the location of your mother has been to this area located at the lower portions of the canyon valleys between Presque Ilse metropolis and Lake City, although its more than likely that the location serves as a defensive measure against attacks from air-threats and mechanized support. Most known routes towards the complex are patrolled by automated surveillance drones, defensive troops don't risk being caught by Erie's militia raiding teams on foot so they've resorted to deploying land-mines around most of the security perimeter up for both an counter intrusion and a exfiltration measure, so it was deemed an insertion to the facility wouldn't be possible.

"What we've gathered on the complex has been mostly in regards to its layout and usual activities. Its large facility split up into 4 outer detention sections, central command section and a mass-transit terminal within the security perimeter. Ships, trains and military vehicles all seem to be involved here within the relocation of detainees which is what I find odd, CS noted that there was a heightened security presence towards this labour camp in particular compared to the others he's scouted along the occupied regions. I've concluded this to be where Liberty keeps its suspected 'criminals' recognized by the Corpo-State... If your mother has a history with the Hellfire legion, the large amount of non-military personnel and worksites in this camp points it closer to being some sort of...

"Its- difficult for me to describe, but how does one put it...? When a state disregards any civilian notion of a peoples and treats them merely as terrorists because of their affiliation of another state...? Where not even Non-patriation can save them from their labelled history... Not because of participation, but just because they were there? Its a "labour" camp... For them.

"CS will continue to remain in the area for a few more days, he's more than confident that the evidence he's collected will go towards confirming the location of your mother. He's told me this is what he calls the 'Waiting game' and will remain secluded within the canyons wilderness to observe detainee activity, if she has a confirmed sighting then we can hopefully assert her condition and routine within the complex. No word on any violence or engagements just yet, maybe the void has granted him a peaceful trial to my surprise? We should expect word from him soon.

While the Platform does have interests in ensuring the survival of the Zoner Militias planetside, please ensure that it is obviously controlled in its release for the safety of the Civilians detained by Libertonian forces. They know they're a high-prized bargaining chip and the moment they know they're becoming a rescue objective... They'll gamble their authorities power on their lives like cattle on ransom. "Intelligence objectives aside, personal ones are what you've asked us for and to your luck, we have indeed located Gail Marshall within the complex alive and mobile. CS has been catching up on the inmate schedule to understand the nature of their oppressive servitude, details I assume you'd personally like to know.

"Gail Marshall (Inmate #-DOC571-892) currently imprisoned on EDCC-04 is one of 400 labourers assigned to the northern detention section and is currently tasked on the construction of the sites new prisoner quarters for the next arrival of inmates. She is scheduled for the first day shift which involves 16 hours construction work, half an hour to obtain rations and eat, eight hours to sleep and prepare for the next shift. CS reports this has been his easiest single-entity reconnaissance but said so with deep concern... There's not much more to add other than her health while strong after all this time will certainly wane or deteriorate if the camp can maintain its pressure... Or be encouraged to tighten their grip on them.

"But he didn't stop there with his report it seems... Apparently your Mother has gained some respect from him, urging me to report how her will is strong and is clearly being passed to other inmates to give them the best chance, so he is wishing that she is given the very best chance until help can arrive. Praying that fate sees her prosper out of that cage once free...
