You may know me, but in the case you don't my name is Eddy Narson I am a newly promoted captain within the Order Overwatch. One of our ships, you would know it by its name Order|CV Montana was assisted by some of your ships in the ambush of Outcast fleet. When salvaging one of their ships the Montana's engineers were able to recover weapon blueprints from the Outcast ship's computer. This weapon system has caught my interest and I would like to request that this system be built by your engineers who might better understand the Outcast engineering.
My name is Nicolas Diego and I am the head of the Logistics Department of DTR as well as the administrator of our HQ, Deterrence Sanctum.
I'm pleased to hear that our fleet successfully supported Montana in the fight against the Outcasts and returned home victorious.
Our engineers are fully capable of analyzing the weapon blueprints and reconstructing the weapon system.
However, the reconstruction requires some time and some materials.
The finished weapon system would cost you 5,000,000 Sirian credits. (I did the calculations for the weapon system in advance before I contacted you)
I think this is a fair price for both sides.
In order to ensure that the reconstruction of the weapon system goes smoothly, I ask you to hand in the construction plans to our dealer on Deterrence Sanctum.(The sooner the better.)
He will bring the construction plans to the development department so that our engineers can begin their work.
