I am Frank Fullard, and President of the Artemis Alliance.
After creating the Alliance, I have decided to contact some necessary organisations to improve both my organisations bank balance, and hopefully yours.
We supply various services, for which we can either charge for those services, or we do some deals which benefit both parties.
Today I am contacting you to do some sort of deal on supplying my operatives with Xeno Relics, and I am of the understanding that your organisation is the best there is to supply such trinkets. My organisation, is growing day by day, and making profit wherever we can. The Alliance is establishing installations that can also service your vessels, and make your pilots welcome for resting if needed.
We have established our Stronghold within TAU-29, and we will soon offer trinkets for sale aswell, which I will not divulge. just yet as we are still planning the operation necessary to gather the supplies.
We have some very experienced Logistical operators who are highly skilled in the art of deception and concealment. These individuals will deliver the products needed as soon as humanly possible, but may need to divert their routes to get the job done. As a sweetener to my introduction I am offering you access to the Stronghold for your weary pilots and commanders. I must also stress that approaching the station would need to be done very carefully as to not raise any suspicion to anyone who could possibly make our deal awkward.
I am sure that you understand what I am saying, and will take precautions on your part. Dealing with such an organisation of your stature is going to be a big deal for my organisation, and I am sure we can make things work to our benefit and yours.
I am open to discussion about my proposal, and do hope that you will consider what I can bring to the table, and we can also discuss more service options as we go.
We can provide you with Xeno Relics, however the question arises of transportation, and quantity. How many do you need, and do you need us to deliver them or will you do it yourselves? We do understand your desire to not divulge secrets, however I am driven to ask what goals, if any, your organization has apart from the accumulation of wealth. Not to say it is an unworthy goal, that would make me quite the hypocrite, however I am curious to see what wonders you might accomplish with your riches when you acquire them. We will also note that we have seen one of your ships in Gamma, and are curious about your operations in the Omicrons.
Also, I am compelled to ask of the character of your organization; who do you consider to be allies or enemies, do you have a good relation with the houses, and how was your group created?
Now, you mentioned your base in Tau-29 as a sweetener, unfortunately we do not go through the region frequently, or really the Taus as a whole, so while it would make no sense for us to decline in case of an unlikely event, I will say that you probably shouldnt expect us to be frequenters of your base.
So, back to the Relics, tell us what you are looking for explicitly and we can work out a deal that will indeed be beneficial to both of our groups.

Firstly, the Xeno Relics, are solely for my operatives to haul for me and make bonuses on their profit from the selling.
Secondly, we have been testing intelligence drones, throughout Sirius, just to see how useful they can be. And useful, is certainly a good word for them.
These drones are remotely controlled, within areas where we have, either a large or small command vessel, And can also be controlled within a system where we have established a facility. All command vessels are hidden by stealth technology, and any sign of a breach of their position and they are gone within seconds, once the drone has been recovered.
Thirdly, I can offer you assistance hopefully shortly, within the field of battle. This service is in massive development, and entails large Civilian Carriers, stripped of any non essential equipment to be fighting machines, with latest technology. Also capable of stealth protocols, and jump facilities. These ships are also capable of launching REAPER squads, who are my trained mercenaries and Private Security guards. Highly trained individuals, who can pack a punch. Each SENTINEL Civilian Carrier, is also accompanied by Gunboats and Bombers, for extra security.
Fourthly, my facilities, which are basically coming along very very fast, and we have established two of these in a very short timescale. The facility in TAU-29 will be assigned with a certain commodity, which could be useful to you, once we gain more in stock. It also has use for my organisation, but there is enough to go around once it is there.
More facilities are on the way, and our network will be a way of evading anything or anyone, that could be trouble for us.
Also on another note about being present in the Omicrons, we are heavily monitoring Nomad movements, and the only other ships you will see there are our transports, as it would be very negative for us to send any combat ships. I will also refer to the drones, they are masked by highly sophisticated technology to hide the fact that they belong to us, deniable assets so to speak.
I hope this gives you insight on what we do, and also we are using our drones, to establish the areas to build our facilities and secure them with defenses as soon as possible. And we also make sure ALL of our allies are able to dock at these facilities.
I would also like to offer our Logistical help, if this is ever needed. My chief Logistical officer Markus Yolander, is an expert at covert logistic operations along with his assistant Martin Gates. These two guys are the best.
So anything you need to obtain, which is out of your'e reach, if I can get it I will, obviously that would have to be verified first.
