- A special ID that reflects the equipment capabilities and compatibilities afforded to members of [RM] Rheinland Military. With the exception of Rheinland capital ship from cruiser and up.
- Being able to dock at Order npc stations.
- ID would Identify as "Holger Lahm".
- ID would match [RM] Repsheet with the exception of Order being friendly. Neutral to Corsairs but unable to dock at Corsair owned bases. .
- permission to freely change loadouts within the confines of the ID

Dishonored in the Rheinland Military for doing a reconnaissance mission with an Order pilot, the Rheinland Oberkommando has offered Korporal Lahm as a liason to the Order as to better allow communication between both factions and learn more about the Omicrons.
This Rheinland Diplomatic ID is used by [RM]Bmn-Holger.Lahm, who:
Can attack any ship in self-defense.
Can assist any Order or Rheinland Military ship.
Can attack any combat ship belong to a faction considered hostile Rheinland
Can attack any non-allied Intelligence ships, or factions using Nomad equipment
Can enforce Rheinland Law in Rheinland Space.
Within Zone of Influence (Rheinland and bordering systems, Omega-3, Zurich):
- Can attack ships considered hostile by Rheinland.
- Can enforce laws within Rheinland, Cologne, and Sigma-15.
Within Zone of Influence (Omicrons):
- Can Enforce Order Laws within Omicron Mu and Omicron Minor.
- Can attack any Nomad or Wild ship within Omicrons.

4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay? The ID change will allow the character(s) to continue their operations while not being mistakenly shot by Order NPCs and Players in line with RP circumstances.Allow the Character(s) to retain their identity and origin while being able to operate in zones normally outside of standard RM ZOI. Playing said character in accordance with server mechanics as no ID exists that reflect Holger Lahm’s circumstances.
5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planning to achieve on this character? Short-term goals are to allow the character to continue its RP functions with the Order as a liason, learning the ways of the Order and the secrets of the Omicrons, as far as the Order allows it. Longterm is yet to be figured out. Future activities will determine the choices Holger Lahm will have to make considering his loyalty to Rheinland or the Order.

1, 2, 3: First meeting with the Order and first warning by Oberkommando for not keeping his tongue well-guarded. (Reports of other players about the same event can be found there as well.)

8. How long has this character been building its backstory? Built end 2023, but the character started building it’s backstory in Februari 2024.
9. If you feel that you would like to provide us with character references, specify whom. @Slimalou and @"Barrier” Both I have done rp with ingame and on the forum considering the character. Also both have helped with with character-building ideas for Holger.
