I am Nodoka Hanamura, Commander of Battlegroup Ouroboros, formerly the Ouroboros Revolutionary Movement. We are a Kusari-originating group, that seeks to build a relationship with the Republican Provisional Assembly. For.. reasons that I'm certain after regaining access to Neural Net after being in deep space for years - that you more occupied with defending your home, than listening to age old spiels from a woman who is angry about being put on ice for 800 or so years, and waking up to find that the successor of her state of origin has turned into a dystopian mess worse than the one she left among other grievances - I will keep this succinct.
Our movements, even with.. reservations from a former member of our high command who left us in 826 AS, we have noticed that the RPA is more commendable, honorable movement as opposed to the stories I've heard of the Mollies of old. Our causes, are one and the same - the liberation of the oppressed from fascists and totalitarians. You seek a free Dublin, and.. from whispers I've heard from external contacts in the region, some even seek to dispose of the Bretonian crown. Suffice to say the disgraceful and authoritarian acts of the BAF, at the funeral service of Ian Carew, whom one of my partners, was among the combatants defending the mourning parties, Yoruha - has left a bitter taste of them in my mouth - as if everything else I've heard wasn't enough. I've no reason to associate with them now that Gallia no longer has the disposition of a stark mad lunatic, just like the man who was ruling over it years ago - along with Bretonia's apparent hostility to other allies of ours. We have no reason whatsoever to humor House Bretonia in any of their aspirations - in fact, quite the opposite. I'd love nothing more, than for the Shogun of Kusari and Queen Carina to be hung at the Gallows stark naked and bound, whilst people pelt them with stones and tomatoes along with their associates, but that is just me.
We are still some ways out from returning to Sirius prior, but we would love to establish relations with the RPA, and to use what resources we can afford to assist your cause - once we have planted our feet firmly on solid ground once again, which I do not expect to take too long. We are from Kusari - you may be asking - why is a Kusari group interested in Dublin? Simple. Our forces are limited at this point, compared to our original composition. We don't expect this to stop us, as our reformation as a battlegroup has afforded us much more flexibility than our predecessor - but at the same time - we are not ready to take the Kaigun on alone. Not at our size. But as I said to another group in Liberty - If we cannot successfully help our friends in their causes for freedom and justice - what could we expect to achieve in Kusari other than another rout that could be our last?
The workers of Dublin, nay - Bretonia, have toiled under horrific, inhumane conditions for long enough under an oppressive regime. It is good that the Mollies have stepped up their game as it were, and are pushing to teach them a lesson. We would be more than willing to contribute to these aspirations, if you would be willing to have us.

It's unsurprising I've found no recent mentions of your movement and to brave the outer reaches of Sirius, even escaping certain demise, is commendable courage.
You're not wrong - we will welcome any genuine desire to help without an underlying malicious motive, as we're not delusional - the hard-won freedom is not the war triumph, but merely a victory of the first battle of it, and a sign of many more to come until the Crown gives up on any and all attempts to capitalise on riches and people of Dublin, putting the system under their heel. Good to see a woman like yourself amongst the ranks of the Assembly. I have taken the information you have provided, and relayed it to our logistics and fighter commands, so that they are aware of what needs to be done. I assure you once we have replenished our battlegroup's supplies and tended to priority internal matters once back in Sirius, we will definitely be undertaking regular humanitarian and materiel aid to the RPA.

I hope this is not a burden for you or your contemporaries, but after reviewing intelligence we got back from our UAS drone that I mentioned prior, we came to find that of all things, the Mollies have been attacking an installation, Scaglainne Oir, which apparently belongs to some organization I've yet to see cross my desk - the.. Artemis Alliance? And that for some reason the Corsairs are involved? If what our Imagery Intelligence from what looks like freshly destroyed Corsair ships in the vicnity are anything to go by..?
Make no mistake, we simply wish to have a clearer understanding of the situation and we can only go off so much OSINT from the neural net and glances at footage hours after battles come to a close.
I have been preoccupied with my own work in Newcastle so I had to make some inquiries about the current ongoings in Dublin surrounding Scaglainne Oir.
It confirms your intelligence, more or less. Assembly has set it's sights on Scaglainne Oir after reports of Crown corporate and unaffiliated vessels freely docking on it and deeper investigation revealing some Rab Rintoul had a bright idea of handing it off to Artemis, completely unannounced and unprompted. Artemis, in turn, declared their intent to keep it a "free port open to everyone". I don't need to tell you how this intent, along with it's position conveniently over and close to New London anomaly is a recipe for trouble.
It's been decided to not keep it around for longer than necessary, and as for the Corsairs? They're simply capitalising on the situation. From what I could gather, a group calling themselves Black Sails demanded a ransom to stay out of the way, but were refused as untrustworthy savages they are. The resulting fierce battles are a consequence of this. I suppose.

Well between the Cardamine peddlers and the supposed cannibals, I can't say I'm surprised they're capitalizing on the situation in Dublin. House Hispania's 'split personalities', as great as many of their nations back on Earth were, definitely have gone down the route of worse off opportunists in the intervening years, and in the 8 years since our absence, it doesn't seem like it's gotten any better.
We did get intel on the CNS Santander, but other than it being an apparent newer model of vessel than our old vessel registry cache from 826 has records of, OSINT and other direct intelligence methods doesn't particularly give us much to go off of.
That aside, this reminds me of my time as Administrator of Freeport 11 years ago, having to juggle appeasing the Core at my throat, fighting off the Order with nukes at the door, and keeping out the Nomads with Marduk-types above. Why would someone, willingly, put themselves into what has to be an ongoing flashpoint? These Artemis people don't seem exactly bright.
If you have any more intel on them and the Black Sails, we'd appreciate it. Though I understand if you do not have the time to play 50 questions with us - given you are dealing with a lot more shooting than we are right now.
