High Command has, upon reviewing the evidence, deemed it necessary to pass the information along to myself for recommendation. To say that we also hold our doubts as to the credibility of any information coming out of the Technocracy, we must also investigate these accusations regardless. As such, the ESRD will be deploying units to investigate activity in Ontario, and would obviously wish to coordinate with any other assets being sent to do so.

With that said, the fact that we're getting this information from the Technocrats and not from the LSF is concerning to say the least, they may have committed to too many threats at once to be practical and the Navy as a whole will likely need to cover the gaps in their capability.

Rear Admiral Polaris,

We were advised that we would be sent a communication to confirm whether or not the Order have been working with the Xenos and LFR movement. Until this arrives and appropriately disseminated for review, then there's no reason to trust them, yet. What has been shared, so far, has just been verbally over comm-link.

I agree that, despite the source of this information so far, we would be remiss to not pay this the due care and investigate further. A forward deployment of ESRD would be beneficial. As it stands, the Forty-sixth has yet to formally deploy forward assets, but this is due to change, in due course.

I thank you that for forwarding this communique to the entirety of the Liberty Navy Admiralty.

However as much as there is gratitude from all of us, the report in end of itself is disturbing. Alongside what I heard personally on secure channel, I do not believe that Order would blindly support Xenos in a attempt to undermine Liberty Armed Force's capabilities and Liberty itself, but its not impossible to say that the Order is being blinded in all of this due to the nature of Ontario's Crisis, alongside, the dilemma that Bristol may supply the extremists may be poor choice for them in the end, considering that the company may just seek the short-term economic opportunities with LFR movement -- but cannot be ignored in long run.

Nevertheless, Rear Admiral Polaris is right that this is intelligent failure on part of the Liberty Security Force - this should had been brought to the President and put on Admiralty's desk five times over since the Ontario Jump Gate's restart. Even so, it is true that LSF is stretched thin from what I've been briefed, and the amount of hostile third parties in Ontario system makes it impossible to gather effective intelligence.

Even then, this is verbal communication by the Technocracy that have been active hostile party in this mess and other fronts also. We should take it as much with distance as possible to avoid unneeded diplomatic disputes and incidents that they may spark. However, if implications are true, this could mean major blow to the Republic's security.

I request that SECDEF spends more resources for LSF and Navy's Intelligence units - so that we figure out what in the world is going on there.
