Good Day.
Adjudicant 'Adonis' and Navarch Leviathan have given me the advise to contact you in my search for help for a project I have worked on the last years. Since you have access to my personal dossier, I think I do not need to explain much. The Bustard Carrier I call mine is in bad shape. Several sections of the ship are currently depressurized thanks to the fact that there is some hull plating missing on the outer and the inner hull of the ship. The portside engines are in horrible condition and barely function, causing energy fluctuations which results in the shields not working properly. Earlier today though, the power core started to make some minor problems. It might need to be repaired too, or even replaced. The amount of resources needed is at this point, for myself, unknown. I will need help from professional ship engineers for such a list.
Most parts of the ship are modified with custom upgrades. You can find them attached in my personal dossier. If you are willing to assist in the project, the ship shall fly the Technocracy colors. It can function as a base of operation in hostile or unknown space. Of course, it will also be granted a new name with its rebirth.
Apologies for any mistakes in the request, I am still trying to get used to those new eye-augments. I hope for a swift and positive response.
I cannot recall if we have met before or not however I've picked this up in the absence of Leviathan. He's uh, yeah. Unavailable. For the moment at least. As you are likely aware, things have been a bit dramatic recently. I'm sure you'll allow me to skip the formalities as time is really on the short side these days.
Anyhow, your request. It is certainly a bit of an ask. I had a brief skim through the dossier you pointed to in your message and while I am no Leviathan I will certainly endeavour to assist you with your request, where I can. Your ship and specification in the dossier is certainly interesting.
Now I can requisition the use of the drydock for a brief period for us to fully assess what is actually required. Titania my old warhorse here has recently undergone retrieval from mothball and had to undergo a swift recommissioning so I am somewhat familiar with this class of ship and the headaches that procedure may involve.
I will also allow you to peruse the inner workings of Titania as a point of reference considering her construction date was a very long time ago and I would wager the vast majority of the internals are somewhat similar, in which case we can likely apply a similar concept in repair or reconstruction to vital systems. Should you find this useful.
However I would say we should carry out this assessment first and foremost as it is simply too early to tell exactly how extensive your issues are and what resource will be necessary. If we are talkin' the stage of collapsed bulkheads compromising the structure you can add time on to the overall repair before we have even begun. In addition to this, how mobile is this ship? where is it presently? if we need to recover it that would be yet another obstacle to consider and subsequently deal with.
I have not spoken to Leviathan directly so I don't know how much the two of you have discussed regarding this, if at all. However the possibility of reducing the strain on my own vessel which is presently stretched thin as it is, would be beneficial for the Technocracy. We have a lot of smart people, engineers and fabricators for repair of ships so the ability to carry this out is there, although the spare part situation depending on what is required may be another thing altogether.
Perhaps you could fill me in a little on the current situation with regards to the above and we can make arrangements from there. Should you wish to meet with me directly to discuss this, let me know. I'll make time for you.

A pleasure. And I think we did meet in space once. I was the one bringing you, ehm, certain refreshments if I remember right. Anyway.
The ship is currently hidden on the edges of the Avlemore, away from prying eyes and sensors. The structural integrity is not as compromised as one might think. The reinforced frame is holding together, yet, some sections of the ship are laying open to space. So far, no pressure has leaked from the pressurized sections because of that. The ship is able to move, slowly.
Most of the internal modules are still original, except the sensor array, shields, parts of the engines, the power core and the AI core. Weaponry is a complete different matter altogether. The layout of the ship is mostly original with the exception of the living quarters, the reduced cargo hold and the added AI Core, Jump Drive and Cloaking Device. Otherwise it is just a good old Bustard Carrier.
The question about deployment and usage however remains as I still have to talk to Leviathan about it. But I am sure we can solve this as well. If you need more information about it, I am sure we can talk in person. Might also need a bit of an escort when and if I bring the ship in.
So it was you! - I cannot begin to express how appreciated your services were on that particular day. Having been on station a solid week at that point due to various unwelcome visitors, we were all exhausted and that greatly improved morale. At least it did for me, anyway.
With that in mind, let's make this happen shall we?. I have made some calls and have obtained the use of a few repair drones and even found a man to operate the repair ship I obtained myself some time ago. I have also obtained a shipment of surplus plating, it was originally destined for Titania although the needs with my ship are not urgent and yours kinda are if you've got the vacuum of space in compartments. Whether I need to request more, well. We'll need to take it as it comes without a detailed assessment.
Whether the existing exterior plating is just simply missing or fractured, not a particularly difficult task to remedy with the equipment I have mentioned. It all really comes down to scale. Any other issues with the hull we can locate and deal with as we go. We will ideally need the drydock for this which I will slot time for between other vessels being rotated in and out as I would rather avoid the in space 'cobble' tactic where possible.
Once we have remedied the exterior issues, hull repairs and such. We can just anchor it to the nearby solar and conduct the internal repairs without it - Something we seem to have become quite good at recently as the facility we have is always occupied. Internal repairs are obviously somewhat unknown to me at this stage so I would suggest we have a conversation with what it is you intend to do with this aspect. Whether it be make it 'serviceable' for now and refit later or go the whole nine yards and refit now - subject to operational state and available resource, of course.
In the meantime however having pondered about this for the last few hours I have since consulted my own crew aboard Titania and we are gathering volunteer engineers with the idea of attaching a team to your ship to hopefully speed up necessary repairs. I feel their expertise with this type of ship will be invaluable to getting this done in a reasonable amount of time. As far as deployment of your ship goes, we're a long way off that stage - Let's deal with the more pressing issues and make it not have holes first.
With regards to actually getting her to the drydock, an escort will not be an issue. It isn't particularly far and the presence of our ships patrolling generally should be sufficient enough of a deterrent. With that said you can also expect me personally in attendance to insure it goes without incident. When or, if as you say you plan to actually proceed with all this, provide me with a time and coordinates. I'll see to it we RV with you to get this done. Further details we can discuss at your leisure - perhaps even over a beverage. We'll see.
