Subject: Unwarranted Aggression Towards Peaceful Transport
Dear Susquehanna Station Command
I am writting this message to express my concern and demand an explanation for the recent aggressive behaviour exhibited by your automated defenses towards our transport vessel.
On date 05/12, our transport which was on a peaceful mission to visit Cortez for loading essential supplies (Tea and Liberty Ale) from Planet Curacao was subjected to unprovoked hostility from your base's defenses.
This incident resulted in some of our crew cargo officers and some emmitters of shields damaged, for which we request a compensation of 15,000 Sirius Credits to cover repairs and medical care caused by your base EMP weaponry on our ship.
While it is true that we are competitors on a well expanded market, it is equally important to recognize that we are NOT enemies and our intention has always been to maintain a professional and peaceful relationship with all factions including yours.
We urge you to investigate this matter and provide us with satisfactory explanation for the hostile actions against our transport.
Furthermore, we request that measures be put in place to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
Thanks in your time to promt attention to this serious matter as we look foward to keep our peaceful co-existence
Evidence provided as per needings
Captain Hana Takashi, SDF-K_Train from Kishiro Technologies.

Well now Mz Takahashi, it seems the folks over at Susquehanna shuffled your "request" over to me. I gotta tell you that I am impressed by your guts to even raise a stink about this. But you ain't getting a single credit from honest folks at DSE until your organization agrees to conditions outlined during our last major negotiatin' sit-down.
In the future, I suggest bein' more aware of our public notices regardin' the testing of our defensive armaments. After all, we don't want our so called "professional" relationship ruined by some snoopin' transport captain, eh? I hope you get my meaning - and if you don't, we'll be sure to have our security team explain it to you, on-scene. Maybe it'll even be me at the helm, now wouldn't that be a pleasant surprise..
So if you wanna prevent this from happenin' again, stay away from our installations, lady.
