Areas around the Suhl jumpholes have been expanded, awaiting release. This isn't a 100% consistent fix, due to the unpredictability of lag. I recommend this - if it happens again due to lag, try to slow down in front of the jumphole, and jump while stationary. It can help with the desync when spawned on the other side. There were similar bug reports for areas with minefields (same principle as the Suhl), for instance Dresden around the New Berlin jumpgate. We have a hunch it's happening due to the cruise speed buff.
In other words, if you have an unstable connection or loss/lag, slow down to 0 speed before taking such a jumpgate/hole. Zone-21, Dresden-NB, Thuringia-Frankfurt, Suhl, and so on.

I was fully stopped in this instance, as I was transitioning to the rear to be able to intercept any interceptors. I have done extensive testing of docking while cruising and have reached the conclusion that when you quickdock, your character still exists and maintains your momentum upon jumping. This was a different case, as in the cases of cruise speed quickdocking, you die before you load in the next system, and this one happened after I loaded in the next system. I'm 80% sure that this is a case of the exit point running out of room to drop people jumping through due to the volume of traffic it received.
I'll do something about my superiority complex when I cease to be superior.
