[Systems] Battleship Tuscaloosa docking issue.

Bug: Cannot dock with the Battlecruiser Tuscaloosa.

Reproduction Steps: The bug happens every time I try to dock with the Battlecruiser Tuscaloosa in Inverness.

• Step 1: Dock with the Tuscaloosa.
  
• Step 2: Dock accepted, starts the docking animation.
  
• Step 3: Ship gets stuck on the Tuscaloosa itself and never docks.
  
• Step 4: Nothing fixes the issue other than F1 and leaving the game.
  

Additional Information: The ship I'm using is the Jackdaw.
